Came into this Starbucks at Wingfield in Sparks this morning at 7 am., 9/6, I met the rudest server of the beverage distributor at the counter ..if you can’t handle the work load don’t work there..This young lady needs customer service education for sure….if you are reading this you know who you are..

I came in earlier today through the drive-thru to try to get a glass of water. I was told that if I wasn't purchasing anything else that she couldn't give me a water and that that was a new Starbucks policy. I have no idea if this was the truth or not. I offered to pay for the glass of water but she said that they don't charge for water.
I work for doordash and I was there because I had an order nearby and it is extremely hot. It is nearly a hundred degrees.
If what she says is true and Starbucks no longer gives out free Waters unless you're purchasing something else then perhaps Starbucks should also change its policy and allow for the Baristas to charge us for water.
It is extremely hot and there is nowhere else close by that I could have gotten an ice water which is why I went to Starbucks.

Well staffed in early am- make solid Starbucks coffee. Pleasant and cheerful crew who interact also well together which makes the needed caffeine stop a nice perk to the morning (in store pickup). Very clean, music a bit loud but maybe thats lack of caffeine- some outdoor seating trees at edge of parking lot.

This is the third time I've had a matcha latte with lavender cold foam at this place and all three times they've given me what they wanted! I always order extra lavender cold foam and the first time they mixed it with the drink, the second and third time they mixed the drink and they put half a spoon of COLD FOAM when I paid for an extra cold foam, bad service and little disposition to change the order. It is so simple to be able to make the drink as the reference picture they show
