My husband, son and I stopped by here this evening for our first time. Greeted with a hello right as we waked in. This subway is so very clean, everything was fresh and tasted great. I am so glad we decided to stop in. We will be back, thank you.

Minguel has been working every Sunday that I have came in to purchase my footlong. Every time he has been rude. Today I asked for extra veggies on my sandwich and his reply was "He can't add extra veggies." I asked even if I'll pay extra for them he said "No". I said "Okay, I need to make a review about that." His response was, "The review won't affect him." This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I'll just take my " black dollars" elsewhere👌🏾👌🏾

Placed an order said our card was charged food was being made and they never did it and they charged us the guy was rude and the order was not made we tried replacing our order and the site said no longer taking online orders worst experience were not going back thanks Raj for the bad experience and service

I never write reviews but this place was atrocious- usually appreciate subway as a chain- normally clean and friendly people with food that you'd expect from a chain store. The worker "helping" us had a mobile order that he did before even taking our orders- did not communicate at all. Took him over 10 minutes to make two sandwiches. On the phone through his airpod the ENTIRE time even when taking our orders- seemed to get frustrated when we couldn't understand his accent. There was another worker in the store who didn't even bother to help us while this guy was taking ages to do the other order. We were the only customers in the store and were in there for almost 25 minutes. Never going back here. I'm gen Z and worked retail and customer service so I know what cs is really like but this was just a new low.

The employee who used to work here were so nice but recently I've noticed they're all gone and the new employee along with the ower refused and coupons on the app including the birthday deals or anything related to getting a discount. Plus the employee are extremely flirty and it was extremely uncomfortable. Didn't care that my husband was right next to me.
I've tried giving them chances time and time again but now I just refuse to come back.
Plus the food has gone down in quality so fast.
Do yourself a favor and go to a different sandwich place.

TERRIBLE!!! Do NOT go here !!These people who own this subway treat people terribly!!Went in to order a sandwich and had them make it got to the end to pay, gave them A coupon that was current, and I was told that HE would not accept it.The coupon was current and NOT expired!Oh then I said OK well, never mind then let me have my coupon back. He grabbed my coupon off the counter and said oh no you don’t get this back.Terrible terrible terrible this guy was so terrible rude so I walked out. Did not purchase the sandwich and will never go back again if you are hungry and wanting a sandwich, go anywhere but here Jimmy John’s is right down the road. And to the man who owns this store, learn some manners, and how to treat your customers you have the worst customer service in the Sparks area that I have ever experienced.

They buy a subway but don't participate in the coupons. Plus not following the fresh cut meat process. Now I know why this place was empty well other businesses in center is busy. The service is not good.

I ordered my sub sandwich online & this is what i found in my tuna Sandwich a "Strand of Hair", now I'm not 1 to complain seeing as I work in Theaters, but this is definitely not ok with me by any means ?
The worst Subway I’ve ever patronized. Two workers that seemed not to care about their business nor did they seem to understand and speak English, which made ordering very difficult and irritating. My sandwich was slopped together with little care and the flatbread was not toasted. Sorry, never returning to this business.

Have coupon? Don't bother with this place. As soon as they saw that I had a coupon they immediately began limiting what I could order and which coupons they would accept (the lower end one's). They were also talking amongst each other (not in English) that I found quite rude. I left immedaitely and went to Port of Subs. I dont know how this place stays open based upon all the negative reviews everywhere. I wont be back, coupons or not.
Does not take coupons and charges $10 for a build your own sandwich without extras gives you almost nothing on it
Sometimes you just have a craving for a footlong.
