The girl working the drive thru, on 12/4/2025 at approx. 4:30pm had a bad attitude. Sighed and was completely disengaged when I needed a few seconds to pull up the app. Didn’t listen to my order. Charges me extra for chicken and then gave me beef. I asked for sauces. She didn’t give me those either. I had to go into the store to get it, she proceeded to rip my bag whilst putting the sauces in the bag, punctured sauces too. The tacos weren’t wrapped fully so all the fillings spilled out. Just disrespectful, unprofessional, and deplorable. Get your team together and stop being so lazy and careless. If I acted like that, I’d lose my job.

I come thru drive all the time.Susan always gets my order right I have been there today & yesterday and both times the order was all screwed up.i do not know her name but she NEVER gets the order right!!!! IS IT THAT HARD TO GET THE ORDER RIGHT. I GUESS I FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO TO.

Worst store ever. Placed an order for delivery at 10:28pm. Its now 11:40pm and my order STILL isn't ready, and no clear update from taco bell or door dash. Literally about to throw in the towel and completely stop eating taco bell. All of the locations in this area suck.

It feels silly to leave a poor review at a fast food restaurant, but I’m going to do it anyway. This is the worst managed Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, and all of the automation has made it so every single person working can be high as a kite with no consequences. So awful.
