I have been waiting for my delivery for over 20 minutes. Other customers are also awaiting their food. There are three employees in the back office, and it appears only two or three other staff members are actively working. The drive-thru attendant seems to be frequently on the phone and not adequately monitoring orders. I advise against ordering from this establishment. Our delivery time is being processed, and time is a valuable resource.

This store is consistently getting basic orders wrong, dirty, and the staff at night are completely incompetent, rude and just plain gross. After seeing an employee eating a taco WITH PREP GLOVES ON, IN FOOD PREP AREA tonight, i have reached the final straw. Wont eat here again.

Paid $3 for nachos fries - this is what I got. What a rip off!! And no, the fries didn't fall out into the bag. This isn't the worst part - got one of the vanilla cream freeze drinks - it tasted like mold! Definitely won't go back.

We got three meals and all I could think is, where’s the beef?! We got the loco tacos, so there $3 each. Puny, broken and just generally sad. Don’t think we will be getting food at this location again. Service in the drive thru was good but the person making the food, needs to start measuring with their heart and not a teaspoon.

Just left there with lunch. Came in and ordered with the intent to stay but it was *FILTHY*! Not a clean table, chair, floor, or window! It literally looks like there was a food fight inside along with a dog licking the windows. Saw one worker who set our order on the counter and walked away, no words spoken. Given that this location has been closed for renovations and *just* reopened, I expected better. Won't return!

Didn't get food after getting charged, still waiting on refund. Go to any other location to save yourself time and frustration.

Update: Recivied my refund through their customer service. The restaurant itself was little help in this process. I have had several issues with this location in the past and my prior comments and review stands.

I had a total breakdown of 10 ppl with I didn’t didn’t want them to hold up there drive thru after we was done take my turns order the store manager said we have a 30 minute n parking my tow truck will be on his way I will explain what we where doing and she didn’t the most disrespectful place I ve been to out of 15 states there is no customer service skill im never going bk

We came at about 11:30 pm.
In the drive thru I was like, Taco Bell chips and cheese, can’t go wrong.

Your chips tasted like some sort of cleaning or pesticide chemicals, I am extremely concerned. I have developed a headache in the last 10 minutes.
My mouth and my throat and that of my fiancé are burning, like a chemical burn.
I ate 3 chips. She ate 1 chip.

We came and got chips and cheese and a couple drinks.
We have saved the chips to bring them back tomorrow so you can check them out. Something is seriously wrong with your chips tonight.

I called and left a message.

On Wednesday may 21st, I went there for my break, for some reason they didn’t have eggs cooked, during breakfast, they told me it was going to be 5 minutes…… I spent my whole break there waiting for someone to come to window, no one ever came and I wasted my whole break and didn’t eat. It wasn’t busy at all, how could they not be ready?? Worst drive thru experience ever….

Can’t go wrong with Taco Bell when you're broke or just need a quick bite late night. Cheap, fast, and the app deals save you even more. Sometimes they go light on the meat or mess up an item but overall it’s what you expect

Spent 40min stuck in the drive through because they can’t manage 6 cars. I ended up not ordering anything because if they take that long I know they’d brutally screw up my order. Never go here if you have a limited lunch time.
