Paid for a Soft taco supreme and got a regular soft taco. This is typical service for this and all other northern Nevada Taco Bell locations. Absolutley no service or management. I am hoping someday soon all fast food will become automated. Much better than paying lazy entitled people to get orders wrong.

Approximately 2 weeks ago I ordered a relatively substantial meal through the Taco Bell app (totaling about $65 and I think about 15 items) for delivery to my house. I input my address and this location was selected for me (which is odd because there are 2 other locations that are closer). Everything was going according to plan. I was waiting patiently, and excitedly, to devour my highly anticipated Taco Bell feast. I got the updates from door dash (who Taco Bell has designated as their delivery service) and got an estimated delivery time. I obviously had the door dash lady drop it off at my doorstep, cause who likes talking to strangers. I got the ring alert that someone was at my door. I waited a minute or two extra and ripped open the door with the strength of a starved toddler. I suspiciously looked down at a single paper bag and a drink sitting on my porch. This was concerning as I know my typical order takes about 3 bags or so. I immediately opened the bag and found 5 of the cheapest items (value about $10) present and missing about 10 items totaling probably $40-45. Not to mention the $10 tip I gave to the driver and maybe $10 in taxes and fees. I immediately contacted the driver regarding the missing items and was told that she was only given the one bag by the Taco Bell staff and could not help me locate the missing items. I immediately attempted to contact Taco Bell to retrieve my missing order without success. After eating my meager little Taco Bell order soaked in the tears of my total despair, I resorted to third stage of grief and angrily submitted multiple customer support tickets through the Taco Bell website, which also provided no immediate resolution. I believe I was contacted roughly 4-5 business days later by an automated email offering me a $10 coupon on my next order. Seeing as I received less than a third of my $65 order, I felt this resolution was unacceptable. In that moment, I again submitted another customer service ticket which has yet to be acknowledged. So I am now resorting to this public post in the hopes I will finally receive an acknowledgement of their incompetence and a refund for the food I sadly did not get to enjoy. Taco Bell, I eagerly await your reply and brisk resolution to this matter. Oh and if you don’t reply here, or contact me directly through one of my 4 or 5 customer service requests, you can reply on yelp, which will also have an exact copy of this review. Thanks again for your complete disregard for customer service and satisfaction. Below I have attached a picture of the order I received along with the receipt

Ordered from the kiosk like the sign on the counter said and the staff ignored me for approximately 20 minutes before I decided it wasn't worth the wait. And walked out. Seriously what happened to service?

We went through drive-thru to grab a quick dinner. Unfortunately there was 7 cars in front of us and not moving quickly. When we got to the window the poor girl working apologized for the long wait. She said they had several people call out.
The food wasn't good at all and it reminded me why I hadn't eaten at a Taco Bell in over a year.
I bought 2 Beef Chalupas. There was hardly any beef at all, it was mostly lettuce and sour cream. ( Gross) !!
Anyways I will not be eating at a Taco Bell ever again.

This visit has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered 5 items. Went through the drive thru. Handed the wrong order. Went inside. Waited 10 minutes. Got into car. Was like no way messed up twice. Got home. WRONG ORDER. not even that 2 items. Like I ordered 5. How was that not noticed. Sent my husband back to the store cause i was just fuming mad. The wrong orders continued!!!!! He has been there for nearly an hour and has been handed the wrong order 3 times. Like what is going on at this store?!?!?!. I swear my order isn't even hard!! And the guy doing the drive thru could literally care less.

It is hilarious that people keep asking to raise the minimum wage when these fools can't even get food out faster than 30 minutes and can't even cook potatoes correctly. Two potato soft tacos and the potatoes inside are literally bricks of burnt carb. Not to mention the 30-minute wait to get the damn things in the drive-thru. Who's managing this place and who the hell hired these kids.

They are real Taco Bell guys as compared to today's Taco Bell which was very expensive in my 5 years truck experience all over the USA upto Mexico as I am visiting Taco Bell every morning and night for the dinner.

Vegetarian options: You can have eggs and cheese or Red beans taco or vegetarian pizza etc

Parking: It's almost down town area with lots of Parking
