Left message on March 26 regarding missing item in my order on that night. No response back. My mistake. I usually go to Prater. The food is better and the order is correct.
I'm here right now in line saying my order an the girl taking my order was completely rude an wouldn't take my order. You know what I expect this from yall . Don't go to this location!. The location on Prater is way better!

The staff at this Taco Bell location are always great to do business with. The food here is average Taco Bell. I have noticed that some newer items other locations carry, this one doesn't. Here the bathrooms are kept clean and the lobby and kitchen are also clean. I would buy from this location if I ever wanted Taco Bell food.
Food always good, now service not there. They have machines to take your order no human they just bring your food when ready. Only way have a human to talk to is thru drive thru. What happened to customer service when you go inside. That to me is a failure.
Missed two things in our order. I went back and they were aggressive, even after showing them my receipt. You should go out of your way to avoid this location. Our order was very simple. They are garbage!

On this snow day, I thought hey something quick for lunch. I go to the drive, though it's pretty busy. I ordered pay for it, and they handed me my food. I was told everything is in the bag!! I entrusted in them and drove home! they messed up my order and forgot a few items.
Walking in NO ONE said anything. (Get a bell on door, to acknowledge customers). Cardboard signs at the register saying to order at kiosk.After ordering, a fiery red head said "that will be $2.15!

Ordered my 3 soft tacos and a drink.20 min later didn't have any of it and they weren't that busy. Yes I complained and got my refund.Never agian.
Ordered on doordash to pick up and they had their dining room locked out of pure laziness. I held up my order and nobody would walk 10 ft open the door and give me my order super pathetic customer service.
