I ordered two Burrito Supreme’s and I got two burritos with just beans and a scoop of meat!!! They obviously need to be trained on how to fix the burrito supreme’s. Very dissatisfied!

The 🌮 bell on pyramid way is terrible‼️They're more concerned with their 🚗 thru ⏲️ then getting the customers order correct or even having decent customer service‼️ They also seem to always close their 🍽 room early which I'm sure is against company policy‼️

Any time you ask for no tomatoes or onions the give you extra and they will mess up every order. Wait time is 30min to an hour while they play in the back really bad management.

This in my local taco bell and every time I come here it is at least a 45min wait in the drive throw. My food is cold most of the time. I have seen the workers smoking weed. The last time I ordered a crunch wrap and it tasted like cleaning chemicals. Just drive to the disc blvd one it would be faster to do so. Who ever own this franchise needs it to be pulled because this is not a worker problem it's all management.

Went to this location for tacos, drove all the way home only to find that three of the tacos were wrong, drove back to get the order fixed but went inside. The floor in the workspace was covered with trash and food. Took the supposedly fixed tacos home only to find that they had smashed them all up, nice job Taco Bell!!!

12/19/24. I was so beside myself with this establishment on this date I became calm. Order said ready at 7:04. I finally received my order at 8pm. In the meantime, we have door dash drivers playing paddy cake with the crew in the back causing an even longer wait. Said door dash driver going behind the counter to get a cup for a customer. Five other delivery drivers waiting on their orders for extended times. To top it off, a burrito was made wrong twice, which ended up being thrown at the manager, as she throws it back as obscenities are thrown. Manager is 17. Way to young to get control of any situation.

Just watched them serve an item with the wrapper soaked in water. Watched the person making food play with her hair while making tostadas. I just walked out. Very disappointed
the wait time was horrendous. DONT COME HERE! they had the staff but it definitely wasnt 'fast food' it was SLOW FOOD. Took over 30 mins if not longer before I had received my order.

You have the worst employees on earth. Of the three people in the back one spent five minutes yelling across the counter to her friends that had come in after school and were in the seating area, the other sat in the back staring at the wall like an actual zombie, and the third made my food at the pace of a literal snail before handing it to me missing half of the items and arguing that there wasn’t supposed to be a drink which was the first thing listed on the receipt for two whole minutes before finally actually reading the receipt.

Waited forty minutes for a mobile pickup while I watched cars come and go. Ended up having to cancel. Just want to thank the night shift staff at this restaurant for wasting my time. Stay away, they mislead you with there wait time!

Don’t plan on stopping by and getting any food fast. No cashiers and it took 10 minutes just to get my drink. Another 15 minutes (25 mins) total to get my take out order. Feel bad for staff since manager/owner can properly staff the location. Go to any other location
