Biggest mistake to be here ... so after getting the medium drink with meal i asked the lady that there is no Carbonation in the Pepsi her attitude is like yes there is u can't see it ... i was like whattttt.... little did she know carbonation in pepsi what makes it Pepsi i wish i could give Zero stars to this place bcoz you do not Represent yourself at work you represent your company you work for so if u don't have the guts to take care even polite customer you are not fit for this role find something else PERIOD.

I ordered 2 soft tacos on the kiosk. I got only 1. This place deserves to be shut down. I may never eat at another Taco Bell in my freaking life. I'm finished. I've had enough.

I asked for chicken chalupa meal (with chicken taco) but they gave me beef taco, Chalupa is crispier than corn tortilla chips, very bite is crunch and it chipped my gums. I asked for spicy sauce and they gave non. So Thank you for your service.

You would think that when I pay an extra dollar for sour cream added to my taco, it would get added. Guess I'm not up charging the order for $1 ever again.

It’s sad to see what Taco Bell has become. I feel completely exploited. I had paid for extra ranch and sour cream just to find two small squirts on my salad. When asked to correct the situation I was told by a very snotty lady that she could clearly see I received extra ranch! Excuse me….. I paid enough for a bottle of ranch and the small squirt wasn’t even enough without paying for extra. Every item we purchased was very lightly filled with food. Never seen such skimming on the actual food applied to these hard tortillas. Think Taco Bell will be a thing of the past with service like this. Definitely my last purchase. They say live mas but what they mean is pay mas not get mas!
