I Ordered the all you can eat. And I watched them take multiple of my rolls to another table. The table tried to give them back but they couldn't take them, I waited. 30 minutes. Expecting to get my rolls that never came. Then at the end they still tried to charge me for all you can eat. At which point i had only eaten one roll and one appetizer. SMH. Will NEVER BE BACK.

Good grub. It's a bit worn and needs a little cleaning it's not quite like the old days.

Love that they have this second location as we were in Sparks recently and wanted sushi, but didn't know of a sushi restaurant there as we usually dine out in Reno. The Joint popped up on my search and since we love the Reno location we chose that. They have the same great sushi and service at this location as their Reno one and love the service interior! We had the Crystal Shrimp and Tha Joint-both delicious!

The food and service were great. The ambiance was a little cafeteria feeling. I will be going back to sample more of the menu.

Great selection of all you can eat. The rooftop bar and open bar on Tuesday is a local secret.

Horrible service! We ordered appetizers and rolls, 30 mins later our server comes back to ask for our order because they gave our food to someone else. They didn’t seem to really care and just went in the corner and got back on their phone so we just left. It’s a shame, this used to be my go to sushi place but I doubt I will be back again.

This is a noisey place. The food is good and it's always busy.Parking: It sits with other businesses so it is shared parking. No problem finding a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 spaces in front for handicapped. With other parking in front of establishment.

Food is good. Service is awful and takes forever to get you anything. Plan to stay for over an hour.

The service here is great. The food is excellent! The prices are a little high, but the food is definitely worth the cost. I'll come here every once in a while for a night out with friends and family, and this place has never steered me wrong. Excellent restaurant!Kid-friendliness: There are many kid friendly dishes. Some are cooked or have crab instead of fish for those little ones who don't quite know how they feel about sushi yet. Kids are also offered chopstick holders to help them feel included with the adults in using the difficult utensils.

Staff is lazy lately they don’t bring what you ask for and they take forever, this has been my favorite sushi place in forever but lately I have been really thinking if I want to continue going to this place.
