The service was great! The brisket was definitely not brisket. I wish I would have taken a picture. It was a roast, dry one at that. The honey blonde beer was yummy. The sweet potato fries were soggy. I’ll go back to try a burger next time most likely. The atmosphere could be good if they would do a sound check before opening so they aren’t yelling at each other across the room while patrons are trying to enjoy conversation and eat.

My friend called to place an order at approximately 6:20. They refused service stating that since they close at 7:00, they don’t accept any orders after 6 PM. That is a bad policy that will cost them some potential business!

We came for lunch, and ordered the avocado and chicken sandwich, the western burger, and the sampler platter. All of the food was fantastic, and very generous portions! Staff was very friendly. Definitely give this place a try; we will be back for sure!

This business needs to get with the 21st-century and learn how to update a voicemail so would be customers don't drive all the way across town to read a piece of paper taped on the door that says they're closed. Voicemails can be updated remotely. It's frustrating and disappointing. You look on the internet to see their hours but when you call to verify nobody answers and there's no voicemail with info on it. But guess what, they don't answer when they are open either so there's no way to tell.

I would not waste your time with the Phoenix. I went for the first time and none of the food was good. I had the chili and it was bland. My fries were cold that came with the sliders. Both the sliders were dry and bland as well. We ordered Brussel sprouts for an appetizer and they were gross. They came out so fast there was no way they were fresh and they were soggy and greasy. Save your time and money. I will be surprised if this place is still open in six months.

Got the giant Phoenix burger. Was decent but the brisket was dried. Probably a 4 if not for that. Fries were crispy.Server was nice and attentive.Ambiance is cool. Sorta industrial.

We had our company Christmas party here. Debbie was very accommodating and thorough, getting everything planned and organized. Beverly was the best. She made sure everyone was served and happy! The food, drinks, and atmosphere were great. We would definitely have another party here and will come back for a regular visit as well.

First round. One more chance, then we will see. This was not the best First experience. It was a 45-minute wait and the dining area was nearly empty. All that waiting and still turned the food around when it finally hit the table.UPDATE: Second round. Almost total failure again. After another 45-minute wait for our meal and appetizer, the place was hardly busy. Understaffed, poorly managed to say the least. They were out of salad before noon. When our main plates finally hit the table we still had not seen the appetizer, so that was canceled. Asked for split plates for the kids and got a mess. On a good note, the food was delicious once we started munching through the pile.Oh well maybe on the 3rd try, we may have a good experience.

First time here, came to see Jennifer Grant sing, since on Saturday they have live entertainment.Had the brisket plate, a generous amount of nicely smoked brisket, delicious cornbread, and 2 sides. The lobster chowder was also good. A good place to stop if you're shopping at Legends mall and need a quick bite. Reasonable prices too.

The experience here was to die for, I came here for the first time and was amazed to see a live band playing within the restaurant itself. I instantly fell in love with it and there was a costume contest going on for the patrons attending given it was around Halloween time. It's a very family friendly place and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who may like such experience
