a hidden gem for an early open that has nutritious value! when i don’t want just caffeine to do some work, i’ll be going here. better for me to start my days with fruits and protein than anxiety? it’s so cute in there and peaceful to do work. aesthetics help places a lot because it shows you care to put effort into your business. i hope this place gets consistent flow, might be the area since it actually felt hidden trying to find ! either way, yummy build your own protein bowl with a hot tigers blood? i’ll be back!

I tried this place for the first time and I'll have to give it another go or two! The way they decorated the place is really cool, it totally fits the name. The service was very fast and friendly. I had the Tarzan shake which was banana, peanut butter, and chocolate! Fantastic, can't wait to try another flavor!

So bummed i wanted to branch out and try them so I checked and just went in to try and they are closed. I double checked their different social medias ...says it should be open..again bummer..Wish I could say I'm comming back....but I can't trust if your going to be open now and there are other smoothie options out there that I know are open and are good.

Finally had a chance to try out this spot!! I don't live in sparks so when I'm in that side of town, I like to try out local spot and this one has been on my radar. When I pulled up, it was around 9:20am and there was a sign on the door that read they would be back in 15 minutes, so I decided to wait since I had some time available because I knew it would be while before I could be on that side of town again. And they did come back in about 15 minutes, so no biggie... for me. This could deter future customers especially if they're in a hurry. The staff member that was there was quickly available to help me and he was very friendly! Got to chat with him while he was making my order. I ordered the chunky monkey waffles, which were very tasty for protein waffles, no gritty texture at all! My husband had the crepes, and he mentioned the same things, very tasty! Also tried their detox waters, reminded me of aqua frescas, made with real fruit juices and full of vitamins and minerals. They were refreshing and flavorful! Now be prepared to spend the big bucks here, the price was about $40 for my order, but I get it with the protein and vitamin mixes that they use, it can be costly. I will definitely be coming back and cannot to try their protein shakes:)

My first time every visiting and all I have to say is... IT WAS AMAZING. I got the protein bowl and let me tell you, it's not like the other companies that sell smoothie bowls. This protein bowl was huge and came with 24g of protein, tasted super good too. The employee that was working was really welcoming and extremely nice. He educated me on their business and what exactly comes in the product I was getting. I was a little sketched out going into the place, because it is in a bad part of town, but walking in I was shocked at how cute the place was. Definitely will recommend to others.

It's an herbalife shop. What they won't tell you is herbalife has been sued multiple times by the FTC for being a pyramid scheme. They also won't tell you about the multiple lawsuits, some still open, herbalife is in for liver damage. Might taste good, but at what cost.As for your previous response to other posters about not being an herbalife shop, you might want to take down your videos on Instagram showing the herbalife powder, you have and use to make the drinks on Instagram. We aren't blind and can see it in your hands and background.

This is one of the cutest food places. The overall ambiance is so much fun and you can really tell they put in a lot of work. IT TASTES SO GOOD!!! I got a crepe and a protein coffee and I was amazed at how well they did. I had a conversation with one of the workers and she was so kind. Highly recommend!!!

This place is such a good idea I'm sad I didn't think of it myself. This is a killer way to get some yummy foods in & still make sure your Macros are on point. Love love love it. We'll be back a time or ten for sure.
