Pretty good, burger was great but the fries were only Luke warm but they were very nice when I asked if I could get hot fries and brought me some quickly 😋

I ordered 4 things.. first off.. you order 6 chicken nuggets?! And only get 3 ?! Something’s wrong! My drinks and frostys weren’t even full?!

I've usually (majority of times visiting over not receiving during visits) quick, friendly, accurate service- adequate to the current standards I had upon arrival and all-the-way-around expectations. My favorite special events include: coupon book available during Halloween, free frosty keychain (currently own), hidden like menu options

I've been letting the northtown store and the southtown store have it The South Virginia has probably the rudest manager I've ever seen at a restaurant and you can go read that review and then the Northtowne Lane ding dong just screwed up a simple order that I had to have remade at my destination Wendy's in Folsom California.
But back on track with this Wendy's I haven't had this sort of horrible service here yet and everybody behind the counter has always been gracious and going above and beyond almost to make everything right always.
But due to the recent issues I've been having the northtown Lane and the issues I've had at the southern part of town and the fact that in California everything is about three times the price and using your deals and offers are basically useless, I'm no longer a customer having been a loyal one for 3 years or more.
You lost me!! I'm out!!!

I only posted this mediocre review because the other ones were so bad I felt I had to do something for you guys that was not as bad since this particular store hasn't really been that bad although parking is abysmal.
Drive up window access in the afternoon is not something you should take lightly!!!

Please don't think all Wendy's are this way but I'm really going to think twice before returning to this one. You can tell at all times no one likes there Job and they makes sure it shows.

Went drive-thru order a large baconater no ketchup, got home and it was a single with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. Very disappointed, I've been going to this Wendy's for over 20 yrs.
I was not given a receipt, so I had no recourse.
Total bummer.

The owners of this place must be cheap as hell. For example, I get an order of nuggets and ask for two barbecue sauce and only get one. This happens all the time, even when the order of nuggets reasonably demands more than one dipping sauce. They charge $.25 for any "extra" sauce. I'm surprised they don't charge extra for salt. They do carefully measure it out. The staff are fine they're pretty quick, I'm just pretty fed up with the stinging. I'm a big one for avoiding waste but if I ask for two dipping sauce for six or ten nuggets it's not unreasonable to give me two dipping sauce. If there were another Wendy's anywhere nearby I'd definitely be going there. Plus side food is fresh, never had a single problem with the it or the staff. Breakfast and main menu are both served hot and tasty.

If I could give negative stars I would. This location seems to just not care at all if your order is correct. Almost every time my family would go in there they would mess up. This isn't rocket since man.

Two friends and I put in a mobile order. When the food was picked up (contrary to the rude employee's assumptions ... The order did not sit there for two hours before it was picked up) the first thing that was noticed was the frosty's were completely melted. Slightly disappointed we divvied out the rest of the food. We each had ordered a biggie bag meal. The food was not just cool, it was cold the vegetables on the burger were wilted and had a rotten smell. We called the location immediately upon seeing the condition of our order. Asking to speak with a manager we were told we could come back the next day and they would replace our entire order. The next day we called ahead so our order could be ready when we got there. We were told we needed to come in when a manager was on shift. I asked when that would be and was told after 6am the next day. So three days after the original trip we went in person inside the restaurant. When I began to explain the situation to the cashier she said that since it was a mobile order it probably sat there for two hours. I told her that was in fact incorrect. I had called and spoke to the manager less than an hour from the time on the receipt. She then Took the receipt and showed it to four other women over by the drive through window. Three women came over and said they couldn't help us that we needed to come back the next day either at 6am or 4pm because that's when a manager would be there. Since leaving we have been trying to contact anyone at the location who is a manager or who can help us. I normally would just drop it... However it's the principal at this point. If a manager sees this I would appreciate someone contacting me. Thank you
