Went here for our friends 60th Birthday..
So embarrassing told her it was amazing and was not amazing. in the past about 2 years ago was fantastic...
She got a filet mignon she could barely cut into it. Her daughter got the seafood pasta no flavor and shrimp was raw.
My husband got the lamb horrible flavor and not enough sauce.
Appetizers were good . And the service was ok. Just disappointed.

Our very favorite place to go to celebrate.....anything. Great food. Usually super service. It's a little pricey but so worth it. Reservation, please, they are very busy!

Food is good but their prices have skyrocketed. Their prime rib has gone downhill. You used to be able to count on the prime rib being good. Now, it's hit or miss, and for the price of it, it's a hard pass. Sorry Western, wish you didn't follow every other restaurant with the high prices and focus on the great food you used to have.

The food here was very salty. Even the chocolate had massive salt bae vibes to it. However, the aged steak was very well seasoned. I would not recommend the fried lobster, bc it did not taste good and there are no fresh bodies of seawater within a hundred mile radius. However, the service was impeccable. I felt like I was the one and only customer because they treated me so well. I even have a picture for commemoration and I have it hung up in my room as a reminder of what an amazing night we had there, despite the soup and salad being extremely salty. Nevertheless, I highly recommend the aged steak here. You won’t regret it.

This was a wonderful experience. We stopped in from out of town. This place was recommended by some friends and it did not disappoint. The food options were amazing along with the service, the ambiance and overall experience. I took my daughter here for a fancy dinner out while visiting Reno, and they did not disappoint. The wait staff was amazing, the tableside Caesar salad was amazing. They put on a great show and they are really attentive to service. The one suggestion I would say is that even though their most expensive steak was a very good. Any of the cheaper options would be great as well. For what you get. I thought it was reasonably priced. And overall, just a great experience. Highly recommend.

On 3/15 it was my birthday I was celebrating with my family . We had a reservation and when walking into the steakhouse we felt welcome by the hostess we have been here several times before. We were welcomed by Phong, server and Phillip, server assistant they brought bread and water. Phong took our apps and entrees order it was quite a busy day at the steakhouse, but it didn’t seem like the quality service we had the last few times. We never got refill drinks for water, plates never got cleared, and table was not cleaned. Menu is now on an iPad instead of actual menu each person gets an iPad. Last time we were here there would be certain times, they would clear plates, clean the crumbles off the table, and refill water. I remember each course they would provide warm towels this wasn’t the case but not sure if it’s a budget cut? Anyways, when we got our apps the clams half of shell didn’t have any meat and the crab cake was good, very good flavor. When the entrees came out the prime rib side vegetables and mushroom ravioli very salty. The au jus juice for prime rib was salty. Halibut was soft texture with good flavor, but the rice was some type of crunchy rice which was odd. Ribeye was burnt outer but cooked medium inside. Lobster risotto very odd flavor I wasn’t a fan of the risotto. When dessert came, we were offered a birthday cake and we did the flame banana foster it tasted amazing! The show seems like Phong wasn’t enthusiastic and didn’t want to do the table side but it was a good show. The quality of the food and service has gone downhill in my opinion from the last time I’ve been here.
