Food is good but their prices have skyrocketed. Their prime rib has gone downhill. You used to be able to count on the prime rib being good. Now, it's hit or miss, and for the price of it, it's a hard pass. Sorry Western, wish you didn't follow every other restaurant with the high prices and focus on the great food you used to have.
The food here was very salty. Even the chocolate had massive salt bae vibes to it. However, the aged steak was very well seasoned. I would not recommend the fried lobster, bc it did not taste good and there are no fresh bodies of seawater within a hundred mile radius. However, the service was impeccable. This was a wonderful experience. We stopped in from out of town. This place was recommended by some friends and it did not disappoint. The food options were amazing along with the service, the ambiance and overall experience. I took my daughter here for a fancy dinner out while visiting Reno, and they did not disappoint.
