Waited for 30 minutes for 5 pieces of chicken. Watched a young man put his hands all over our fries with no gloves as he was packing the order. He didn’t include a fork. And I watched them eating food off the line while packing orders. If I was their manager, I’d be super upset.

Love Wing Stop, HATE this location. You would think that ordering online would save time, but that would be far from the case at this Wing Stop. Multiple visits to this location (different days of the week and different times), and every one of them has had a longer wait than what is quoted. Today's visit was no exception. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches (no wings, no sides, nothing complex) at 12:45 and was quoted 16-21 minutes. Showed up at the 30 minute mark, and was told it would be 10 more minutes. My order was handed to me at 1:35 -- 50 MINUTES LATER! And they were overcooked! How does it take just shy of an hour for two chicken breasts when all you do is deep fry?!? We like the WS food, but not enough to make this mistake again. From the large number of one star ratings for their poor on-time rating, you may not want to make the mistake of visiting this location, either.

I would say at this current time this is the absolute worst place to get food from in Sparks. I know that they have difficulty getting food out on time, so I pre-ordered my food two (2) hours in advance in hopes it will be ready in time. If you want to be lied to and wait an hour plus for your food order from here. If not go somewhere else and enjoy the meal.

I have ordered here at least 15 times now, and EVERY SINGLE TIME the food takes at least an hour longer than estimated. I don’t know if it’s the store or the website, but something needs to change. On top of the food taking an absurd amount of time, our order is incorrect about 50% of the time. I will order from a different location or a different restaurant from now on.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! This place has the absolute worst service, food, and atmosphere of any food establishment! Every single time I order it takes 3 times as long as the quoted time! Beware that when you order it will take at least an hour even if the quoted time was 15 minutes! This place needs to be shut down immediately!

This is absolutely horrible and ridiculous my order stated it was ready at 7:26 pm I order my order at 7pm I get here at 7:30 and cashier tells me it's an additional 25 minutes how does that make sense? It was a complete disaster I like Wingstop but this is just wrong is so many forms

I guess shame on my that I keep giving this place a chance. Ordering in person is a joke. Tried online ordering, always says it’ll be ready in 15-20 minutes or so. I show up 30-40 minutes later and get told 10 minutes. Every. Damn. Time. And the “10 minutes more” is consistently 20 minutes at least. Somehow there’s always a bunch of people here, so I assume they couldn’t care less, but this will be my last time.
