Ordered lunch at the Wingstop on Los Altos Pkwy in Sparks, host Aracely was very kind, professional and friendly, her and her colleagues made sure that my order was done in a timely manner. The food was very presentable Oh, and by the way, my food was brought to my table, now this is what I call great customer service! Thank you Aracely and Team!

Not a single person speak good English to understand you. Everytime I order I gotta repeat shit like 20 times. And the wait is too long. Say 20 mins takes 40 mins.

Looking in the kitchen I noticed fries all over the floor. And the guy package the fries were not wearing gloves. I also had my little brother go up to the counter to ask for his drink and a side of bbq, I know we need to pay for bbq but the cashier guy told my brother ok and got his drink we waited 10 minutes for the sauce until I got in line and ordered it.

We put in an order online last night on the phone and was concerned because the lady taking our order kept telling us to hold, talking to folks in the background and when done she never gave me an order total or time. When we arrived they could not find the order and seemed like they could not care less that they missed it. A guy from the back tried to look it up in the system, asked my name and number and then just walked off without saying anything to me. When I asked the lady who took my order if they didn’t get it, she just shrugged like she didn’t understand me and walked away. After a few minutes of no one coming back to the front counter and the employees just standing around the fryers, I asked again about the order and just received a shrugging “sorry” and they went back to talking. I walked out at that point. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve received in a long time.
