They TOOK an Hour and Half to get my food out . Which i get if there very busy. But the most annoying part is they told us it would be ready sooner then that . Not everyone has time to wait almost 2 hours for wings.

Probably the last time I'll eat at this wingstop. They are always behind even when you order ahead. My food was 20 minutes late. Ask for a ranch was told, I needed to pay for it, but the customers right before me were female, and the young man behind the counter had no problem giving them free ranch. I don't blame the crew as you are only as strong as your leader. The manager seems a bit lazy.

Out of all wing stops in town this is the worst one the customer service was so bad the cashier was so rude literally tossed us our food bag and once we asked for plates he ignored us to help the next 2 people on top of that I waiting 1 hour for my food just to get there and they tell me we’re early to wait another 30 so we did just for our food to be cold. Management needs to hire people who actually want to work there with good attitude!

Food is consistently good. You get reasonable proportions. Lunch rush was a little slow. Plan for minimal seating. Their dine in tables are few and fill up fast.

The wings are always good there! Service is a fast as they can be.for the wings being so good and there's not enough locations. Sometimes the music can't be loud but it's not all the time.. the Offer pick up orders but not drive thur yet maybe one day!

MAJOR HEALTH VIOLATIONBefore I get into that, my brother and I went into wingstop, he ordered before me, and then I ordered after, it was 2 separate Orders. As we sat down my name got called, it was strange considering my brother ordered first, I was halfway done, and his name still hadn't been called. He went up and asked and they didn't even put his order in. We expected some compensation but all we got was an extra ranch.Before we left, I went to go use the bathroom, but it was occupied. We waited for around 15 mins. Finally, the manager came out of the bathroom, and I went in. I did my bidness and then proceeded to wash my hands, only to find out there was NO SOAP AT ALL. Meaning the manager didn't wash his hands, and then continued to make food. If you like poopoo crust on your wings, then this is the place to go
