Waited nearly 3 hours for a delivery order. Their excuse was they lost a driver. I’m assuming the working conditions are terrible at this store based on the other reviews I’m reading. It starts with the management and it seems like this store is not being managed properly.

3 hours from time of order to time of delivery and actually over 3 hours. The food was cool, but at least it was correct… this time. I know it’s not necessary the drivers fault but he had lots of excuses for why it took so long. I think domino’s company needs to look into this store.

I just had the worst experience ever on the 7th of December. I preordered 6 pizzas for my sons class on the 6th. I scheduled pick up for 1030 am for the 7th. I get there at 1020a, and they are closed!? I go back to my truck and see the delivery driver going in the back door. I called and he answers. I say I have a pick up for 1030 what are the chances of getting it. He says "highly unlikely". I said this is for my sons birthday lunch with his class in school!? which is in 30min! He says well the manager never showed up so dont know what to tell you. I'll try...Long story short I went in 10 min later and he hadnt even started the pizzas. So I had to buy chicken strips and fries. Which worked out thanks to the amazing manager at shell that could see how upset I was. It was the worst customer service ever.I tried calling coorporate. And you have to email or text to get a case. Then someone will call back. I still have not received a call.Terrible customer service!

So slow every single time. How does it take close to two hours to make and a deliver pizza. I get somedays will be busier than others but every single time I order it takes no less than two hours? No. Pizza arrives barely warm. Hire appropriate amounts of people to run the business properly.

My significant other order dominos at 6:00 and we had to wait 2.5 hours for our food to be here, and we didn’t blame the delivery driver of course it’s not their fault. But then an hour after the pizza was delivered the store manager called us and began screaming because they didn’t get their amount for the pizza. I have never seen such an unprofessional response from a store manager ever unbelievable. On top of all that the food we got was freaking cold.

Had to cancel my order. Ordered my pizza at 7:00 pm and called at 7:55 and was informed that my pizza had not even began to be made yet. Worst and slowest pizza place I've ever dealt with. I will not be ordering from here again. I went to pick up a previous order and witnessed their employees standing around bsing and some of them smoking.

This store is AWFUL! The customer service sucks. The wait times are ridiculous. Their phone lines are conveniently never working. And if you can get through, the people who work there are rude. Every time. We have had an order “being prepped” for almost two hours now. We just called and they said it would be another hour or more. So 3+ hours for pizza. Give me a break Dominos! DO BETTER

Don't bother ordering from here unless you don't care what time you finally get your pizza. Waited an hour for a carry out order when the website said it would be ready in 16 minutes. Came back twice and got the same response "it's being made right now should be 10-15 minutes". This being said with plenty of attitude as though I was inconveniencing them by bringing them my business. Won't be back.
