Fantastic food! We had the birria, al pastor burrito, "breakfast" burrito with bacon, and some kids menu items. The quality was phenomenal and we all really enjoyed our food. Great price and service!

Don't like the lunch counter feel for a sit down restaurant. Would be much nicer for tables to be waited on, but I guess that only happens in the Mexican restaurants in Elko. Food quantity was very good for the items ordered and it was nice to see a salsa bar, but no complimentary chips and salsa? They had to be ordered separately for more money, and that is a disappointment. Food quality was only average, nothing extraordinary. Have had much better in other local Mexican restaurants and food trucks. Ice machine was not working so no cold drinks and the water had a terrible taste. Many tables to sit at had not been wiped cleaned from previous customers. It was a little disappointing.

Finally great Mexican food. Better than sit-down restaurant food. At from the two I'd been to in Elko. Chili Rellano made right. Thanks for great service and great tasting food. And homemade tortillas. Yum!

This branch sucks.

The food always waste tastes weird & the staff is either rude or acts like they're high, with a strange freaked out look on their faces, like they're having a bad trip.

FYI, there's a sheriff's department in the same strip mall area, but I'm sure they won't investigate or do anything about stuff like that. Most cops these days seem more interested in working with crooks to frame up victims because crooks usually don't have money, but the people calling up cops usually do & Elko cops are a scheming & dangerous joke. In short, don't trust the pigs ever.

Consistently undercooked, and the service is genuinely terrible. No hate for the employees who are just trying with what they got, but management needs to step up and schedule a front worker who is bilingual to be on the clock while the restaurant is open. The cooks that come up to take over are regularly confused by English and so fast to do whatever that they will undercook whatever it is.

…..can’t say I wanna even give one star. Called to order and the lady put me on hold, no big deal….except she just set the receiver down and I could hear everything. I waited on hold for 7 minutes and in those minutes she helped 3 new people for the first 5 then it was silent for 2 minutes and then she greeted someone new and asked if she could help them. Hung up at that point due to being blatantly ignored. Horrible service. Will not be going here.
