About Cliché Lounge

Cliché Lounge is a very nice cigar bar on the 16th floor of the Harrah's hotel, though it can be a bit tough to find. The ambiance is amazing, very fancy and cozy, with a great looking little spot. The clientele is friendly and engaging. The service is first class and truly awesome, with the bartenders being nothing short of amazing, a delight, very attentive, and knowledgeable about the liquors and the history of the bar. This great location used to be the private bar of Sammy Davis Jr., which adds to the thrilling experience. The drinks, like a Lavender Martini or a Negroni, are perfectly made and fairly priced for the area. The liquor selection is great, though the cigar selection is limited. It is considered the best Cigar Lounge in Tahoe, with class and elegance. Some feel the decor change was a huge mistake, losing the elevated elegance and Rat Pack feel it once had for a more modern look. The size of the lounge can make it a bit too crowded, but its location helps it feel less crowded than other places. As a cigar lounge, it does have a smoke smell that can get pretty intense. It is definitely worth giving another try, and many look forward to returning again and again.
