Burger Restaurants in Tonopah

“Ya know, I haven’t been to a Burger King since like 2018/2019 since I had a terrible experience with a clump of hair being in my DRINK of all things.
However the red headed kid named Joshua that was working 8/6 around 7:30 really made a good impression on me after starving from my road trip; finally gave up and came to this BK to eat despite my reservations from previous experiences. Food was cooked hot and fresh. Could see everything being made. Josh wasn’t afraid to strike a conversation with everyone he assisted. Not just when he was ringing them up, but while taking drive through orders, bagging food, restocking. He moved very quickly and efficiently while holding a level of customer service you just don’t see anything in establishments like this. Food was accidentally wrong but they made it right very quickly. Good team here! Definitely turned me around to give BK a second try.

Wheelchair accessibility: A little bit of a maze to get to the register, but table area open and very handicapped accessible. Everyone was more than willing to assist me and asked several times if I needed assistance. (I am in a wheelchair chair due to a right leg amputation.)“

“Very pleasant surprise! Clean. Well stocked. Young lady with brunette hair behind counter was terrific. Excellent customer service skills, well spoken, attentive and polite. Food much better than expected. Once you are in you can not tell you are in casino.“
