Best place to get a burger and a basket of fries in Virginia City! Love the sidewinder fries
Fantastic little spot. Lockford sausage with sidewinder fries was delish, chili dog was great and the chicken strips got the kid and adults stamp of approval. Great service and atmosphere to top it off.

Savage Grill is a fantastic little spot. The Lockford sausage with sidewinder fries was delish, the chili dog was great, and the chicken strips got the kid and adults stamp of approval. Great service and atmosphere to top it off. At Sunday lunch, a party of 2 had no wait. Order at the window from the menu board, pay, get a table, place the order number on the table, and the food is brought out when ready. The young lady at the order window is really friendly and helpful. The Kitchen sink dog is a jumbo thick hotdog topped with tomato, onions cheese. The Hangover Burger is a cheese burger with fried egg and 2 strips of bacon, very juicy, cooked perfectly, and really filling. The Side Salad with Chipotle Ranch is creamy with a touch of heat. The fries are a cross between a wedge and curly fry. There are 2 unisex bathrooms in back, roomy and clean. This is absolutely the best spot for lunch in Virginia City. The staff is amazing, the food is filling and incredible, and the atmosphere is beautiful. The Savage burger bites back in all the good ways. The hangover burger with chili cheese fries is so good: juicy, fresh, hot, bun super soft, delicious. The fries were piping hot and crispy, chili was just ok, cheese melting as it was served. The owners are friendly and genuine. The Twister fries are amazing. All of the food tried; burgers, sandwiches were awesome. Savage Grill will be a new lunch stop.
