First time actually stopping in Virginia City to eat and there was no disappointment with Virginia City Jerky Co.
10 out of 10 recommendation every one was respectful and polite. Once it was time to order I informed that Iβm not sure on what to get I had never eaten here before. I informed her order me what she recommends with no price cap or allergies I have and she actually ended up turning around and had a platter waiting for me that they just finished taking pictures of!!
I was the first person to receive and try the new platter!! More than enough food! Looking forward to driving through Virginia City again just to stop by for a delicious meal.

Great place to sit outside and have a meal. The spicy pulled pork was delicious and the fritos pie was fun. They're also dog friendly.

Been eating here for years. Went this year during Street Vibration. Spent almost $120 and when my wife asked to use the restroom the women behind the counter very rudely refused. I am one local who won't be coming back, sad because we used to eat here all the time. (Update; I appreciate the reply, it wasn't her not getting to use the restroom, it was how rudely it was said. )

By far the best pulled pork sandwiches on any of our trips, we actually had this on our list of To-Do's again after we found out a couple years ago. Really nice and friendly staff and the place just has the feeling of the kind of spots we like to frequent.
Not too mention Virginia City is about as fun as they get, I'll take this size town over a big honker any day!

We eat here all the time. In the last month have spent over $200 there. This time they refused to let me use the bathroom. They told me I needed to use the port a potty outside. That we couldn't use the regular customer bathroom because of an event going on. This is unacceptable. We have spent a lot of money at this business. You just lost a customer! We won't be back!

Best bbq tri tip around. Drove 300 miles round trip for a sandwich and a few bottles of the hot bbq sauce. Deserves 5 stars but location and limited hours prevent me from making this trip more than a couple of times a year.

The ribs were the best I've ever had. They fall right off the bone, and they even provide 3 different sauces to try at the tables.
Smokey ribs is my go to from now on!!

Ordered the pork rib plate with a side. They were the smallest and overcooked ribs I've ever had. I thought I ordered jerky on accident for a second. None of their pictures looked like what I was served and hopefully nobody ever get served that again.

Had the BBQ Nacho Plate. Casual spot near the end of the historic street for a bite to eat when exploring Virginia City. Patio seating available. Easy to order. Food came very quickly.
