Well I know it's small but I'd be happy Workin in a donut shop , I mean Donuts yay ..but the customer service wasn't horrible just not happy people. That is sad to me.. won't stop me from coming and getting some delicious donuts or coffee and maybe breakfast.. just wish they would smile and say good morning

Long waiting time to get my order - despite being not busy at all.
The Matcha was $$$ but tasted good; I had ordered it with less ice: but the cup was 50% filled with ice.

The lady at the counter was super rude. The steamer wasn't working and there was no sign saying thos. She wasn't happy that my husband wanted a hot coffee, since we ordered a latte she had to refund us, and reorder. She was also ride to 2 other customers while we were there.
