Stopped here after a long day on the road. Sandwiches and bread were all fresh and tasty. Staff were great, friendly and fast. Awesome!

Subway in Wells provides a positive experience for customers looking for sandwiches. The staff, especially the younger team members, are praised for their expertise, kindness, and attentiveness. They go above and beyond by customizing sandwiches to meet expectations, cutting them in half for convenience, and handling requests professionally. The service and food quality are highly recommended. Customers also appreciate the outstanding service from employees like Cristina, who make visits memorable. The restaurant is a good stop for travelers and truckers passing through. Although there was an issue with a salad order missing a fork and vegetables not being cut, the staff's effort to ensure customer satisfaction stood out. Many customers noted that at this location, sandwiches like the meatball and ham and cheese are made with care, avoiding sogginess and ensuring a satisfying meal. Overall, the restaurant's friendly staff and good food make it a place worth visiting.
