Steakhouses in West Wendover

“When you walk in you're greeted and asked if you have a reservation. We did not. It is recommended, so something to keep in mind. The restaurant is wonderfully set up with booths that make you feel separated from other diners. The decor is pleasant and the staff are always smiling and accommodating without being in your face.
I ordered the Filet Oscar. It was an 8oz filet mignon topped with crab, bearnaise sauce, and 2 stalks of asparagus. The meat was tender, and the crab and bearnaise sauce were a perfect compliment to the filet. Even though I wasn't able to finish all of it, or the dreamy, creamy and light garlic mashed potatoes, I could not resist the creme brulee. Other than my own, it is HANDS DOWN the best creme brulee I've ever had. I wish I'd been able to have more than 4 bites. My Mom helped, but she was in 7th Heaven herself after making a start on the Ribeye
Will absolutely eat there again if I'm back in Wendover.“

“I didn't have a steak but 4 stars for the candied bacon. I was expecting a few thin slices but it was a whole plate of thick cut pieces in a sweet sauce. The lobster mac & cheese and crab stuffed mushrooms were good, maybe not Gordon Ramsay good but decent. The portions were large, just the bacon or the mac by itself would have been enough for two to share or a whole meal for one person. +1 for the staff, very friendly and helped me out with a bag of ice so my leftovers wouldn't go bad on the drive back to Salt Lake. Tira misu was really good too, enough rum to taste but not overpowering. I'd eat here again.“
