Today I got a chance to experience a Soul Food spot that I can say aquired a new customer. From the moment I arrived the atmosphere was so welcoming and our vibes instantly matched up. Coco was very nice and I knew I was in good hands. I wish I would have just ate there but I was in a rush. The food is simply delicious bottom line. I was referred by a coworker and I'm so glad she put me in the game!

I don't know the name of the gentleman who served us, but he was so nice, patient, and respectful the whole time. The gospel music playing set the vibe right away, and | already knew the food was going to be good. And it was! The cornbread was on point, the Kool-Aid hit just right, and I had both the oxtail and catfish because I'd been craving them. Neither one disappointed.

The food is SOOOOO GOOOOD! We had the deluxe plate with (3) Salisbury steaks, red beans and green beans & dinner plate with neck bones, baked chicken, mac-n-cheese and greens. The greens had a good kick of spice and the cheese sauce tasted like it's made from scratch. I don't know what to say other than show a before and after. We almost made a trip back to get another plate before they closed but we needed a nap first. The place was very clean and had a full spread...
