Pork Bir-ramen (Must Try)
Slow-simmered pork birria broth made in-house with a select blend of dry peppers and spices. Topped with braised pork, a 6-minute egg, radish, cilantro, onion, corn, sprouts, and lime.
Tataki Salad
Organic grass-fed beef strip, seared and marinated, sliced into paper-thin sashimi, over an onion, scallion salad, drizzled with truffle oil.
Tokyo Chicken Ramen
12-hour slow Simmered organic free-range chicken broth, grilled chicken chashu, scallions, 6-minute egg, corn, Naruto, kikurage, menma, and garlic oil.

I'd give 5 stars if they were ever open on time. Today it was 12:10. I was waiting in the parking lot and they still weren't open. Has happened numerous times. I absolutely love the sushi though. Too bad they can't get to work on time

Excellent improvement of an old Taco Bell. Excellent gyoza. The Ramen was surprisingly good. I was a ramen virgin, so not sure what to expect.

Loved the decor, black ceiling hung with all kinds of red umbrellas and lanterns.

Our waitress was so soft-spoken that we missed the mistake in our order. Just driven from CA. Brain dead! But, she was deligfully attentive.
