This place is worth the 3 hour drive from Yerington. Feels like family every time. The Cajun chicken salad was phenomenal!!!Stay away from the chili & onion burger, can chili sucks.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely best place to take the kids in winnemucca for a hearty, healthy meal. Even my granddaughters are part of the conversation with the staff.
It was very busy on this day due to the influx of people for the eclipse. They didn't appear to be prepared for it. After a long wait and seated. The food and service were excellent. I would go back again.Vegetarian options: Definitely need more vegetarian and non pork options on the breakfast menu.

Great place! I love a classic diner and this place served in atmosphere, great food and awesome service. Their blue cheese dressing was fantastic - and I won't lie, if a restaurant has good blue cheese it's a sign they also have great food all around. ?Kid-friendliness: Cute place for kids!
