SLOW!! Hire some more people and pay them better maybe you won't be so understaffed.
Took my great-grandkids there all four of them and they had cheeseburger kid meals all our meals were hot and fresh they even gave the kids a mini ice cream cone for free after they ate their lunch
I ordered through DoorDash my medium onion ring was a small drink was defrosted. No marinara and everything was cold I ordered it 10 minutes ago so upset. Spent $40

The food is of high quality, with some of the best options available at a Burger King. The staff is friendly and the orders are correct and delicious. However, the service is slow and the restaurant is sometimes short staffed, so the drive-thru and orders take quite some time to fill. The location is great and the atmosphere seems to be great. They have improved the cleanliness of the restaurant. It wouldn't take much to bring this Burger King up to an excellent status.
