If I could give this horrible place zero stars I definitely would. My husband found a piece of a glove in his hamburger and when he brought it to the managers attention he made it seem like we put it there and had a horrible attitude towards us about it. He never gave us a receipt for our refund and when my husband asked for it the manager got into an argument with him over it then instead of being polite and handing receipt to us he slammed it on the counter. Horrible place I definitely don’t recommend this Carls JR. they definitely need better management.

Ordered a 3 piece tender and guacamole bacon fries. Took them 23 mins just for those items, I understand that you have a drive thru that you always do 1st, but some of our work trucks are too big. Now I paid for a lunch I don't have time to eat. Very slow, so if working it's not a good choice to come here.

They don’t use the rewards app. A bit of a wait for our food with lots of others waiting around too. Onion rings were mediocre. Staff was happy and friendly!
We waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes. It wasn’t until I called management of the Loves truck stop attached to the Carls Jr that we finally got our food (2 hamburgers and a kids meal). I have worked in fast food management, and I can tell you, there needs to be some better training happening there.

I hope these guys aren't going to start refusing to serve menu items early in the evening like they did to me today. Nothing pisses me off more than looking forward to eating something and being refused because the item is frozen??? That's as bad as KFC!!! If it's on the board, be ready to serve it!
