This place use to be decent but tonight I was treated like an inconvenience to the employees. The drive through had 2 cars and the lobby had 1 person in it. I stood at the counter for about 4 minutes waiting to order. One guy was battering chicken the other was in the window and the one person that didn't have her hands full decided to just slowing g walk around grabbing the fry basket and walking to the freezer. Why the hell do you need the fry basket in the freezer. Then she stood around lost. I al.ost got so mad that I was about to walk over and get some food out of the hot case at Loves. To make matters worse the zucchini that I ordered was burt to hell. I wasn't going to get another one because I didn't want to wait another 30 min. The lady walking around lost was the older blond lady

If there was ever a place that needed a manager, this would be it! Totally unorangized employees, arguing with each other. I had to wait nearly a half hour for a Western Bacon Cheeseburger! As I was waiting, I saw the same wait time for the drive through. The food was fine, but expect to wait a long time. Unacceptable as a Fast Food venue.

I would like to take a moment to give acknowledgment to Trever rupe apparently the assistant manager was by himself took our order very efficient and polite!!! Turned washed his hands put on gloves and prepared our food with care !! Don’t see people care about there job and customer service much but this young man was all about it thanks for the great experience!
2 of us came in for breakfast. I have never had food so salty in my life. Pure salt is the only thing. 2 sausage biscuits, gravy, hashbrounds. Alls you can taste is pure salt. Do not recommend 👎🏻

Every Carl’s Jr team in the USA should come to this location and see what professional and strong work ethic and outstanding customer service looks like!! The whole team is spot on!! Very professional and they all care about their job and the customer. I’d like to say that Edward is awesome!! Very hard worker!!! He goes above and beyond!! I travel all over the USA, I would say that 85% of fast food restaurants are shit. This location is not one of them!!!

Guy walked outside with gloves on, rubbed hand on rail and then on screen inside, then uses the same glove to pick up waffle fries and place in bag and give to customer....like really. A dirty glove is not sanitary for service. It's okay and necessary to change gloves, I'm sure. Ridiculous

First visit to this location. It is connected to the Love's truck stop in Winnemucca, Nevada. The food was just as I expected. I ordered a low-carb guacamole bacon and cheeseburger. It's was nicely, wrapped in fresh lettuce leaves. The cashier was super nice and helpful. Even though this location is out of my way, I will be back when I need a Carl's Jr fix.
