Ordered the standard chicken, mashed taters and gravy dinner. The mashed potato's were runny and the gravy tasteless. Dinner sucked. Zero stars for food.

Winnemucca. My spicy chicken was cold. The manager said I can put it in the fryer for you. He said it should be 140 degrees. Chicken was cold to the touch. Poor customer service.

The young lady taking my order was very sweet and helpful. Simple order: 3 tenders, side mash potatoes and gravey; 4 extra crispy chicken legs. 5:53 pm and they only have 1 extra crispy leg. Ok, settled for original for other 3 legs, they threw in an extra biscuit that was kind. Restaurant was clean. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Sadly get home with my order the mashed potatoes and gravey must have been sitting along time, there was no gravey just a brown paste coating the mashed. I look forward to food at chains living up to anticipation, and it did not. "Sighhhh".

Placed an online order and when we arrived, we were told I canceled my own order. I showed them on my app I didn't cancel the order but theydidn't care and didn't help. My credit card was charged and I never got food. Staff was rude, condescending, and disrespectful.
