So long story short is they didn't give us everything the platters offer and refused to make it right. The dining room was cold enough that you had to wear a coat. We drive through Winnemucca on the way to and from Twin Falls, Idaho. Usually we just stop for gas and head back on the road. This time we decided to get something other than the usual fast food.We had chicken sandwiches with cole slaw.The food was just like I remember as a kid. It was fresh, hot, and tasty.The young guy at the counter was polite and friendly.

Smallest chicken pieces I've ever been. I ordered the 8 piece meal and only received 7 pieces. The one leg I received was smaller than a fork. Chicken was overcooked and greasy. See pictures.

This place is very horrible I came in and order a family meal fish dinner and the food was very overcooked and I talked to the manager the next day his name is Jose and he was very rude he end up hanging up the phone with me he told me to bring it in and I asked for a refund he said no so I called my credit card to put the money back on my credit card this place is very very horrible we never come here again!!!!

The thermostat was broken the first night we were there and maintenance had to come fix it. The bathroom plugs quit working the third night we were there. They did send a worker. He got one to work which is all I needed to get through until we left. I gave them a 4 because we were inconvenienced.

Nice stop in Winnemucca. Employees were putting up Fall decorations which was fun. Very professional employees, the food came out fast and was fresh. This may sound weird but the restrooms were clean and in good repair. I believe this says a lot about a restaurant.
