The burgers are over cooked, the buns are hard, the cheese is rubbery, the drive through people are ignorant, the window people are incompetent, lazy, entitled members of Idiocracy. Seriously, I'm never going back. I've been coming to this McDonalds since it opened here in Winnemucca in the Mid 80s. I'm 51 and have been eating your burgers for over 48 years. and this is the best you can do after being opened for over 60 years? Seriously? What an embarassment to your community...read full review
Possibly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered a number 5 meal, a fish sandwich with no tartar sauce and a McDouble with just ketchup and they managed to mess up every item of the order. The number 5 meal was missing the fries, the fish sandwich had sauce despite ordering it without and the McDouble had everything normally on it. Not sure how they managed to screw up literally everything I ordered
