Super rushed us out. Didn't give me sauce for nugs. Didn't give me the monopoly stickers on any of my food / large drinks... spent 50 bucks and it was cold

I tried to give this place a second chance and boy was that a mistake.. I have never dealt with people as rude as this. This boy is lucky I didn’t want to catch a charge today.. I 💯 will not spend another penny at this place.

This is in response to the response, I didn’t want to leave a bad review but wanted to get management attention. I eat here every day sometimes twice a day for the past two weeks. I can understand running late but to just ignore me at the window really got to me. At least acknowledge me and tell me what’s going on, I’m on my way to work and can’t sit there 30 minutes.
I’ve watched one guy in the morning do his best to keep up and it’s still slow. Understaffed in the morning in my opinion.

Pulled up to speaker after 5am for mobile order sat there for 5 minutes no answer. Pulled to window guy saw me and ignored me. Was still setting up. Cancelled order and left. It’s always slow in the morning. I probably won’t be back. 3 trucks in line we all drove off.

This is McDonald and it’s so slow, can’t believe it

I was super impressed with how well kept and clean the dining area was. They were very busy on the drive thru, so I went inside. The menu of course is the same as everywhere. Staff was friendly also despite our being in such a hurry.

How can you mess up an egg McMuffin? Well they messed it up! Did not toast the muffin, the whole sandwich was cold! My husband ordered the sausage McMuffin and his muffin was burnt! Yikes!! And the staff asked the same questions multiple times the same questions after we answered…. They do not listen!!

I have given McDonald’s a few chances to get it right but have been disappointed every time. I contacted them to let them know the $100 dollar order I received was short several items, I live on a fixed income & had my grandson for the weekend & was told it wasn’t there problem that I needed to contact Door Dash was crazy cuz I was told the same thing from Door Dash!! You would think if you charge someone $30 to deliver their food you would at least get it right. I would have went & picked it up myself but I can hardly walk from needing hip surgery & I just wanted to give my grandson a special day!!! They blew that & didn’t even care.

The location deserves 5 stars for cleanliness and service. I gave it 2 stars because of the price and presentation. I ordered just a filet-o-fish and an iced coffee macchiato. My order cost just over $12.00! The sandwich was slapped together haphazardly with the fish patty 1/4 hanging out one side. When I bit into it the sauce squished out the other side making a mess on my shirt. Not a great experience.

Little bit off the highway, but billing station was right next-door. A lot of people going through there. It’s a busy town cause it’s right off the interstate I 80.
