this is actually a really nice mcdonald’s, clean inside and super spacious. definitely the place to stop for fast food in winnemucca

Nasty! Watched an employee come from the bathroom and stick her hands directly into the fries and eat one! What makes it worse is she did it in front of the manager! I returned my fries saying they wasn’t fresh after eating one in front of him. He stuck his in in my fries and said they are fresh I said no they are room temperature he then took those fries and put them back on the fry mount and served them too the next customer outside! This is nasty and unsanitary.
Neither him nor the girl who came from the bathroom had on gloves and of course neither did I and I have a cold as well and you served food that I ate out off to another customer

Went to McDonald’s yesterday, ordered our food on the kiosk. During this time, 3 customers were already complaining about the service. We waited 40 long minutes while they served everyone who ordered after us. This happens almost every time I go to this McDonald’s!

Got a sausage burrito and it was not a burrito. It was a tortilla rolled up with a few pieces of egg and sausage. This may be protocol size for the chain but it was an absolute waste of my money. Ridiculous!!

I was first in the drive-through. Another customer pulled up to 2nd order kiosk. He/she ordered before me after I had waited at least 2 minutes. I ordered a double cheeseburger with a medium root beer. They don't have root beer, so I had to get a Sprite. I thought I gave the cashier $20.41 for a $6.41 bill. Evidently, I gave the cashier $20.61. I received back $13.10. I was shorted $1.10. I had to wait 10 minutes to get my food. My double cheeseburger was a very sad rendition of a cheeseburger. The woman who brought out my food was rude and totally unhappy. She asked if anyone had given me my money back? I told her no. I had already wasted 15 minutes of my lunch just trying to order and get my food. I didn't have time for her to waste more of my lunch to get my correct change. I will never step foot in that restaurant again. Thank you for the relaxing lunch!

Went to mcdonalds for breakfast today. Drove 3 miles back to my house and noticed my big breakfast only had a muffin in it and my sausage burritos were missing. My wife's egg Mcmuffin had loads of egg shells in it.
