Walked in at 7:30pm just now to get a sandwich on my way through a 15 Hour Drive. The girls immediately tried to stop me from ordering saying that they were closing up. I told them that the store hours were posted for 8 PM. They proceeded to ask me what I wanted then literally threw the ingredients of my turkey and provolone sandwich onto the bread. I told the girl I wanted lettuce, tomato, and onions. She piled on a bunch of raw onions, slapped two slices of tomato on there and then shuffled me through the checkout process where I didn’t have time to notice what else they were doing. I got back to my car to realize they didn’t include any lettuce so I have the thinnest sandwich ever with barely any meat or cheese four pepperoncinis one tomato slice and a bunch of raw red onion on there wow thanks for your terrible work ethic and service now I’ll have the most horrible onion breath ever for the rest of my seven hours on this drive. Do not go here if you want a good experience I only hope that this sandwich doesn’t make me sick. If a manager reads this, the two girls working tonight should be disciplined if not fired.

Went into the Port of subs in winnemucca a little before 1:00 on Wednesday March 12th and was absolutely shocked at the rudeness of an elderly, slightly heavy set lady with short gray hair. I had walked in and was standing at the counter for several minutes before anyone came out and when she did she did not say hi hello how are you she just looked at me and said "can I help you" from about 15 ft away. I looked at her and said "well yes." I thought to myself, Why else would I be standing at the counter? She said somebody will be right out but "you need to move over there" pointing to the sign that says order here. Apparently I did not move fast enough because she turned around looked at me and again pointed and said "you need to move because no one is going to take your order where you're at." Originally expecting her to say something like oh sorry we didn't know you had walked in, I said well I've been standing here for several minutes and she fired back "no you haven't because I just came through that door." She again said "you need to move cuz no one's going to take your order there", and I said "I will as soon as somebody comes out" and she looked at me and said "be careful!" That sounded like a threat so I just shook my head in disbelief and left. Went to Subway and got great service!

The service was ok until i wanted my refund and the older lady that works there gave me a horrible attitude and refused to give me my refund, the sandwich was not good at all. I ended up throwing it away due to the disrespect from that lady. I guess because i was an African American. I kindly removed myself out of that store.

We stopped here while traveling north. I ordered the pastrami melt and was a bit disappointed with the amount of meat on the sandwich. The service was excellent, but overall, the sandwiches weren’t very memorable.

I'm so upset with this store, I ordered the pastrami sub with only mustard cheese pickles blackolives what i receive wasn't even close and of course they don't answer the phone I bought thru door dash I had to go to subway because if it's wrong oh well ... I will never order from here again

I had a hard time understanding the sandwich maker. They slurred their words. My sandwich ended up nasty with tons of olives, peppers and pickles which I didn't want. I asked them to repeat their question and I still didn't understand. Good thing I grabbed extra napkins to remove the unwanted items

Meat and cheese was cut fresh while I was standing there. The bread was amazing and made fresh that day. Was not disappointed going to Port of subs very very satisfied ?
We stopped here on our way through town. I have Celiac disease and they wiped down all the surfaces and put on new gloves just to make my lettuce wrapped sandwich. The workers were so kind and hard working. I highly recommend! They even made my tired daughter smile by talking to her!

I went in to get food for me and the family the manager in there is super rude and she charged me 2.50 extra to have parmersan cheese added to my sandwich and she barley gave me any of it even tho that's considered part of the shakers
