Absolutely wonderful place. Just ordered a meatball sub, and o.m.g well done guys and gals. The taste was amazing, I highly recommend going here, and if u do, try there potato salad you won't be disappointed. Thank you port of subs for your hard work, and great taste.

I was disappointed sourdough bread was not available. The counter person made me feel rushed. The restaurant was clean. I did appreciate they participate in community fundraising.

I’m typically not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this place is absolutely ratchet and I’m bummed out I spent money here at all.

This is the second time my husband and I have come here, over the course of a couple of years due to traveling through the area, and boy has it gone downhill.

Of the three kids in there today, one of the girls was a total primadonna, throwing ingredient bins around loudly and playfully reaches under a male coworker and right over my sandwich while he was making my food (?!), and one seemed too stoned to know what he was doing. Felt like I was chaperoning an awkward high school date… between coworkers who forgot about me and my order.
Unfortunately the sandwiches didn’t make up for it at all. :(

Was genuinely surprised to find this place wasn’t at 3 or less stars already. 😬

TLDR; I would look elsewhere for a snack guys, and management, I would train better, emphasize food safety and clarify what is and isn’t inappropriate in the workplace, it’s clearly distracting your employees from doing a pretty basic job. 😅

the workers working were amazing but they are making sandwiches without the paper underneath them? Feels like it’s cross contamination.. and whoever runs the website it says they have root beer but in the store they don’t.

The older lady is the rudest employee I have ever seen. You have to order your food in between her yelling at door dashers, the customers and the other employees.

She made the whole experience terrible.

I placed an order for three different 2 foot subs for a company event for my boss to pick up. Placed the order online in the morning, more than two hours before we needed to get it. She arrives there, heads over to the online pickup counter, only to not be helped for more than 10 minutes. She finally had to asked if they weren’t helping people in the online line. He asked if she had placed an order, she explained we did, and his response was “okay I’ll get started on those now” only to go back to helping other customers??? My boss was able to then ask a lady for help, she said she thought they were in the back, left for about 5 more minutes, then comes back out to say, “my boss doesn’t know what she’s doing… she never gave me these orders to make.” WHAT?!?!? My boss couldn’t wait, she had the company meeting to get to, so she told them to just refund the order. What an absolute joke of an establishment.

Awful experience. No food prep ahead of time, rude staff, mixed up our order. They also seemed so confused when I said I wanted the number one like they didn’t know what was on it. The people before us ended up getting our sandwich and we had to open them all up to figure out who got what. Terrible experience

I told them the sandwich I wanted and they proceeded to tell me they don’t have items prepped. They then gave my sandwich to someone else and then left the bacon in the oven after giving my sandwich to someone else. It’s really not hard to make sandwiches. All the staff should be replaced. My sandwich was gross because it was missing ingredients that I shouldn’t have to go through and check if it’s correct. Terrible service. It’s a sandwich with 5 ingredients not rocket science.

Cane in, the girl never addressed us. She was wiping down counter , but she didn’t acknowledged us standing behind her! So we said hello, didn’t know if you seen us come in! She said yes she did, but finished cleaning, then went and got another lady to help us! We ordered club, but they out of turkey and provolone cheese!
The girl who didn’t acknowledge us did veggies! We asked for light lettuce, she piled it on!
It wasn’t a pleasant experience!
