We had a lovely experience stopping into this Port of Subs on our way home from ID to CA. The staff was very kind and helpful. The friendly lady helping make our food did a great job putting together a delicious salad and we had lovely conversation too. The food is delicious. Much better stop than having to hit McDonald's. Thanks so much!

My salad was AMAZING!! they are efficient and friendly, however, I give them three stars because of my husband's STALE Sourdough bread on his sandwich!! It was so tough he couldn't eat it!! It would be appreciated to have the employees give ya a heads up. Like ...the white bread is fresher. Lol

Stopped here on the way back from Boise visiting family and the sandwiches are yummy and the establishment is clean. My only complaint is Connie the manager. Shes rude to her staff I felt so bad for the girl making our sandwiches. Connie kept trying to correct her when she didn't even know what was ordered. I asked to get my sandwiches toasted and she said its too late because she already put sauce on it and its a health code. No offer to get new bread, just a very fake sorry. Overall just not a very nice or welcoming person i'd want running my establishment especially as a manager.

We had the large American classic. It was big enough to share with my wife and 2 year old. Got it toasted and it was great!The service was simply outstanding, too! They were attentive before we even walked in. We started sitting outside and getting our travel affairs in order (organizing the car after a long travel day in it) when they came over with a bowl of water for our dog. They checked on us before, during, and after we ordered. We left really happy because the service and food made our day!

I doordashed port of subs and they literally got nothing right on my freaking
I’ll agree with some other reviewers. This place is depressing and their food safety standards are horrid. The gloves might as well not even be used.It’s like they don’t want you in there. I ordered a sandwich, ate it at a table and then proceeded to get yelled at that I can’t use the restroom as it’s for paying customers. This place just plain sucks!

Depressing inside, staff does not change gloves or wash hands or utensils. Zero food safety practices in place, and the staff do not care whatsoever. It's winnemucca, so what do you expect, but I walked in and wanted to just take the L and leave without my food. Got my food anyway, and got sick.Just go to subway.

Tried ordering a hot sub off their menu at 7:08, girl rudely told me they cleaned their grills already, I asked what time they closed, she rudely told me 8:00pm. Put a sign on your window or hire employees who want to work their whole shift!
