I like the carne asada fries with hot Cheetos .I’ve gone thru drive thru 5 or 6 times now. I say I want the the carne Asada fries with hot Cheetos please I do not want cheese sprinkled on top !every time I make sure they say it back to me. I get no hot Cheetos n extra cheese it’s annoying because they say it right . I am done going here after this time the girl was rude about it I said forget it and didn’t even let them fix my issue this time I didn’t have time to wait I loved this place until now the drive thru needs to work on there customer service . I hate when I express my issue before ordering them it happens again if I well they have plenty of other customers who keep them in business! That is all!

Night crew needs to step it up and pay attention to orders. I ordered 2 of the new cowboy burritos and ended up with some shredded beef nonsense that was super greasy. I was excited about the new menu item and ended up disappointed.

Their breakfast burrito was just okay. It tasted like they burned the egg. But the carne asada burrito was amazing! Giant burrito with guacamole and tons of meat! I'll be back for another one of those.

The horchata was very good, and I got a second to use as lunch because I couldn't eat any of the food. I mean, we were really hungry and had just blown a flat and were getting it fixed, and we were hot and tired, and we STILL couldn't eat the food. We had a couple bites, that was all. It was like unseasoned cardboard. How do you have mexican food that doesn't have flavor? That's an odd talent in itself.

Best Mexican food I’ve had in a LONG time! Very friendly workers and quick with service. Wife and I were just passing through the area and decided to stop somewhere random and it was well worth it! Have to try if you are in the area!

Non-flashy big ol' burritos. What else can you ask for on a road trip?

I ordered 25 burritos. They dished them out quick. They were all pretty big and tasty.

I always get the same thing - chorizo breakfast burrito! All the burritos at Rolbertos are so greasy, and so good! The drive through can be a little slow depending on the day though - I've waited over 20 min more than once.

when i want something not on the menu, i pick the closest thing and ask for additions and or subtractions. this seems logical to me.
apparently not.
"a carne asada burrito, no guacamole, add cheese" is not an acceptable order.
after a 2 minute lecture, in a thickly accented high speed barrage that drained me of all my remaining spoons by the halfway point, it seems that
"a super burrito, no rice, no beans, no lettuce, no sour cream, no guacamole, add cheese" is the correct way to order the EXACT same thing.
all the burritos being the same price of course ($9.99), EXCEPT the super burrito, which is a dollar more...
i opted not to bow to the ridiculous nature she was displaying. if she had just said "cheese is a dollar more" (it shouldn't be, there are other $9.99 burritos with cheese) i might have even gone for it.
plus they toasted the tortilla a bit too much for my taste. they should be warm, not crunchy and brittle.
