Fast wait, amazing food for Dunkin, the service was good, the cashier was very nice and patient, the atmosphere was a little messy but still very clean. Highly recommended
I go to all the dunkins in the Watertown area. I have 2 favorite Dunkin donuts. This is one of them. They always get my order right and though they often do run out of stuff from the unpredictable business they get from I-81, they are always friendly and always offer substitutions. Thank you!
Crazy busy at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday. The employees were doing their best to keep up, but I had to wait way too long for a coffee and donut.

Dunkin' is a convenient stop with a clean interior and easy access to nearby highways. Despite being shorthanded on a busy day, the staff handled the rush with professionalism and excellent service. Regular customers appreciate the personalized attention, knowing their order by name. However, occasional stock shortages can occur, particularly with donuts after 12 pm. On the flip side, the staff is friendly, and the bathrooms are always clean. The coffee and doughnuts are a highlight, with the caramel iced coffee being a particular favorite.
