Everyone is so nice. Store is clean. The service is the slowest on the planet. I could drive to Stewart’s and get back on 81 faster. I travel a lot a stop at DD because I’m familiar, but every time. No one was in there and still no one came to the counter.
Once I stood there for 3 min and other people came in, we stood there for another 2. Someone came took my order, then took theirs and filled theirs first!! Mine was just a coffee. Theirs was breakfast. The proprietor...read full review
Place was ok but my company was terrible. A long time ago I had a nice family that loved me. Then when I started doing things on my own I was cast aside. Just recently I've tried forgiving them and have reached out. Yesterday I met up with a couple of them at the Adams dunkin donughts and felt completely ignored. It's not the staffs fault, so sorry if it comes off that way.

Regular customers appreciate the personalized attention, knowing their order by name. However, occasional stock shortages can occur, particularly with donuts after 12 pm. On the flip side, the staff is friendly, and the bathrooms are always clean. The coffee and doughnuts are a highlight, with the caramel iced coffee being a particular favorite.
