After my girlfriend and I were done eating we waited for 15 minutes for the bill and then another 10 minutes for her to come back and get the card to charge it. I usually tip 20% but could only give 15% this time because it truly was bare minimum service. I don't plan on returning.

What I enjoyed most about dinner here was the friendly, concerned service and the pleasant atmosphere in the dining room. My caprese chicken was a little tough this time, but the greens that came with it were fresh and plentiful. I recommend getting here early for a good seat and faster service.

I had went to 110 Grill about two months ago for the first time with my family. The service was excellent, food presentation and flavor was exceptional, and we didn’t wait long to be served, fed or checked in on. With that being said, I expected takeout to be no different. I had ordered the 110 Signature burger with mushrooms. The first time I had it, everything about it was wonderful. The burger was well done, yet still juicy. The garlic aioli coated the bun perfectly, the mushrooms were cooked to perfection and there was a large amount of them. As someone who enjoys mushrooms, this was great for me. I ordered that same burger today for takeout. Well the results were the opposite. There was about 3 tiny mushrooms total on the burger, along with little to no garlic aioli. The burger was dry, and there was no flavor. Except for the ketchup that I put onto it myself, I’d say that’s all the flavor that it had. I love this restaurant but the takeout expectations should be the same as the in-restaurant service. I would still recommend this restaurant, but with that being said, I expected more.

Sat at the bar with a group of 5 at the 110 Grill at Crossgates Mall. As a fan of fried fish I opted for the fish tacos, at $17 and 1380 calories I was excited to see how much Cod they were packing into three tacos. As the server brought out our dishes, I quickly and regrettably learned that 1300 of the 1380 calories was mayonnaise and cole slaw. Gross. Have you ever had popcorn chicken? That is the closest comparison I can make to the size of the single morsel of fish, garnished atop these mounds of cole slaw. Our group also ordered the margherita flat bread appetizer, came out soggy which made it a challenge to eat. Bartender was pleasant but I can’t recommend this place to anyone, stay away.

They have a separate grill for food allergies such gluten. The staff actually knows what's gluten-free and what's not. Delicious food and usually good wait staff.

It was ok. That’s it. 3 of us for dinner all a bit on the older side. The service was well intentioned but curt. Drinks took a long time, and placed our food order at the same time. The wait person was wearing denim with a bare midriff, and I’m not sure if that’s now ok in the restaurant environment but not to my liking. I don’t think she spoke a full sentence to us, just quick replies. We all had the cheeseburgers, one of us had it with a Beyond burger. They were good, but the buns were not toasted and were cold. Took away from the overall meal. Hard Brussels sprouts were replaced quickly with better ones. Salads requested with dressing on the side were dressed, but an offer was made to replace them. As I said, it was “ok” but just ok and the server had too many tables to be really attentive. Talk to the customers don’t just meet their needs and use short phrases. I didn’t feel welcomed. There are better choices.
Update 1/11/25-I noted the response below and sent another detailed email to the website they suggested. No response. Frankly not surprising.
Parts of our order were not edible, other parts were not seasoned at all. Our server Jamiless was great, but the manager Corey could use some training in customer service. Don't let the food and service at this 110 Grill fool you, 110 Grill is amazing, but this one seems to be the rotten apple in the bunch (perhaps I should have known better when it was absolutely dead on a Friday night).
I would attach a picture of the plate I didn't even finish eating, but they took it away before I could and refused to bring it back claiming it was tossed already.

The service took a very long time and same with putting out the food I asked for a medium well burger and got a medium rare burger and my wife got a salmon and it just took forever for food to come out and it wasn’t cooked the way we asked. The server was nice but other then that it wasn’t a great experience and the salmon was burnt

Horrid experience. Awful food and bad service. The attitude was that we didn't matter and the food was overpriced due to lack of flavor except half a bottle of red chili flakes. We had missing food and bad food, avoid this place. Maggie McFlys the night before was excellent and we wished we had gone back.
