Food was delicious. Octopus carpaccio was excellent as well as the eggplant parmigiana. Our server Varvara (sp?) was great at recommending and staying on top of our table. Fantastic dinner!

We went on Saturday for a wonderful Cacio e Pepe experience. Chef Ali and the staff are so welcoming and attentive. The Cacio e Pepe was fantastic and I enjoyed learning about the dish. I also sampled the tiramisu and a limoncello spritz - both delicious. We will be back!

This place is the definition of Italian cuisine. Chef Ali and Chef Tony provide an experience like no other in the Albany region. From the moment me and my wife stepped through the door we were greeted with an environment we will not soon forget. The selection of wine and homemade limoncello/orangecello solidified this wine bar as our new go to spot for drinks. And of course the food was outstanding and authentic!

You must run, not walk to have a glass of wine and an amazing meal at 288 Lark Wine and Tap. The food and wine are fabulous! Every bite and every sip made us want to come back for more. We saw a movie at the Spectrum and came right over after. We enjoyed meeting Ali the owner and lead Chef , Tony Cheffing here and also in Calabria, Italy , and Vincenzo served us delicious wine welcomed us. It’s a wonderful treat! Albany is fortunate to have this restaurant and their restaurant next door .
