We went on Saturday for a wonderful Cacio e Pepe experience. Chef Ali and the staff are so welcoming and attentive. The Cacio e Pepe was fantastic and I enjoyed learning about the dish. I also sampled the tiramisu and a limoncello spritz - both delicious. We will be back!

This place is the definition of Italian cuisine. Chef Ali and Chef Tony provide an experience like no other in the Albany region. From the moment me and my wife stepped through the door we were greeted with an environment we will not soon forget. The selection of wine and homemade limoncello/orangecello solidified this wine bar as our new go to spot for drinks. And of course the food was outstanding and authentic!

You must run, not walk to have a glass of wine and an amazing meal at 288 Lark Wine and Tap. The food and wine are fabulous! Every bite and every sip made us want to come back for more. We saw a movie at the Spectrum and came right over after. We enjoyed meeting Ali the owner and lead Chef , Tony Cheffing here and also in Calabria, Italy , and Vincenzo served us delicious wine welcomed us. It’s a wonderful treat! Albany is fortunate to have this restaurant and their restaurant next door .Parking: We found a spot quickly.

What a wonderful dining experience! We had the cacio e Pepe, made at our table, usually you need a reservation for, chef Ali was lovely enough to make it for us. All our meals were delicious. We’ll definitely be back!
Perfect date night! We had an amazing relaxing and romantic time.We ordered the garlic bread. Highliy recommend! and I started with the citrus salad. It was sooooo refreshing. ( my new favorite salad)Our waiter was amazing and kept the drinks (in-house lemoncello) flowing perfectly. It was busy but yet he was still attentive.

Such a gracious host, Jorge was as we stumbled upon this place in pursuit of Villa di Como! A sense of Italy was there immediately! Loved our patio seating as we enjoyed a delicious chardonnay! Amore!

It felt like I was back in Italy!! 288 lark was stunning.. perfect.. it reminded me of a few places I fell in love with while in Venice ! The Limoncello was a home run!!We will be back soon! I am dying to check out the restaurant!! ❤️Ps. The woman who was serving us made us feel like we were right at home. So professional but so very friendly and personable. Her name was joslien …. I am spelling that wrong for sure but she said it was pronounced ( just lean). The food.. the wine the experience … you just have to come check it out!!Again thank you!!
