They take way too long to process orders. Even when you order 20 minutes ahead of time you still end up waiting a half hour. People that come in after you get their orders before people that called in. Extremely unorganized. The food in the buffet is always cold. Even at 11 am when it just comes out. This place fell off bad.

The food here is 10/10. The fish and grits combo is a delicious choice. There are so many options to choose from. Smoothies, smoothie bowls, protein shakes, and all types of food choices from all over. One of their undefeated meals is the Caesar salad with steak on top. You will not be disappointed. They have a ton of healthy snacks and over 40 drink choices. They even have seaweed chips! The chef is very kind and he talks to everyone. The staff are great, very accommodating. If you call to order give them about 20 minutes before you pick up. They have wheel chair accessibility as well. It’s worth the wait!

Do yourself a favor and go have lunch at Abo’s Coney Island Deli on Washington Ave in Albany! The food was amazing and the service was excellent.
I highly recommend the falafel with grilled veggies over rice. The ingredients were fresh and cooked to perfection. My friend is a professional chef and she was impressed with the quality of our meal.
They also carry a variety of beverages (pro-biotic soda, kombucha, bubble tea, smoothies)

Place has so many delicious foods from quesadillas too sandwiches to breakfast, the flavors are amazing and they’re super polite. I definitely recommend the chicken quesadilla! Also, one of the few places that sell bubble tea and aloe vera drinks! Will definitely be coming here more often
