Food is well worth the price. The meat sticks and crab Rangoon are really good. Rolls are not top of the line but considering cost for meal is nearly the cost of a fancy roll at other restaurants, it’s worth it.On a separate note, men’s restroom looks like it has never been cleaned. It was worse than a gas station/BK restroom. They need to hire someone to deep clean and then attend to maintenance cleans often. It was really nasty!!

Came here with my younger cousins to treat them to some good sushi as I been here multiple times and enjoy the food for price of it. As we sat down the server came over and asked the ages of my cousins and I told her 10,11,11,8 and they weren’t being annoying or anything of the sort. When I told her the ages she gave rude looks and basically thought I was lying about their ages. When she came with the drinks she purposefully spilt the drink on me. As she was reaching for the menu she gave my drink a bump that split all over my clothes as I am soaked in soda. For the rest of our evening she was no where to be seen not attending us nor asking us how our meal was or anything. Only until I called this gentlemen to get us our order, he actually was more concerned and brought us our order. When I asked for the bill I told I looked it over , and they charged me 30 dollars for a tip, which is outrageous to me because the lack of service and disrespect from this young lady. I would’ve gladly gave her more then 30 dollars for tip if she actually was doing her job instead of ignoring us and not taking our orders. She is very lucky I had my kid cousins with me , I would’ve started going off on her for the rude attitude and horrible service. Food was good but the service was the worst I have ever had in my life.And I hope you see this too.

Great food and staff. My chief complaint was the bathroom. With only having 2 stalls, it is already small for how busy the restaurant became. 1 of the 2 stalls was out of order. After mentioning this to a staff member, i went back to my table. Upon using the restroom before leaving, now both stalls where out of toilet paper and when i mentioned this to staff, i was laughed at, as if toilet paper is optional. Didnt love that.

I have tried Wasabi here in Albany and the one in Saratoga. Has a large variety of rolls both times. Everything has been just ok. Nothing exceptional or standout. Fine place if you just want to eat a bunch of decent sushi but do not expect to be wowed. The service has been good every time, attentive and quick with drink refills or any other requests.

I have no problems with the waiters or the food, both have been wonderful when I’ve come in. However, last time I was there we were rushed out after 45 minutes. There’s a 2 hour time limit, so we weren’t sure why we were being rushed out for someone else to take our table. That didn’t feel right after dropping over $100 there.To make it even worse I had the owner comment on my yelp review that we shouldn’t have come in so close to closing. We were there 4 hours before close and were still rushed out. It felt awfully rude and presumptuous to assume that us coming in late was the reason for their host’s weird and bad behavior.
Great food and very well trained staff. We received our dishes in a quick time.
