Alias Coffee is the kind of spot that makes you want to become a “regular.” The coffee is smooth, flavorful, and clearly made with care (no burnt espresso vibes here). The vibe is modern but cozy—like the kind of place where you can both get work done and lose track of time chatting with a friend. The baristas are friendly without being over the top, and they know their beans. Bonus: the latte art is so good it almost feels wrong to drink it… almost. Grabbed a hot chocolate, a chocolate croissant, and a cortado. Great astmosphere, and a cool place to sit and hang out. The hot chocolate was deliciously rich in flavor, but not overwhelming. The croissant was soft. They also have great vegan options as well!

I have never returned a cup of coffee but this coffee was undrinkable. After drinking 1/4 to give it a fair chance I returned the (paper) cup to the barista and walked out.
It was a $6 pourover that tastes like burnt sweet potato skins.
Will definitely find a different shop next time I'm in town. So thankful I wanted before buying beans

From the decor, to the atmosphere and lighting, walking through the entrance I immediately felt welcomed and drawn in.
I spoke with a barista and the owner, both of whom have a passion for coffee, and were friendly.
The coffee itself is excellent. Roasted well, the espresso when I was in was a blend of two coffee whose flavor profiles perfectly complimented one another, resulting in an espresso that was sweet, mildly acidic, and a perfect balance of nutty, dark cacao, and red fruit.
