Decent cup of coffee. This was a recommendation from a patron from another shop. For an iced latte they only have a 16 oz and it's pricier than most shops in the capital district. It's cute inside with nice seating. They don't have signature drinks and I couldn't tell if there were syrup flavors. Service was below average. Very basic coffee shop.

Very good coffee and service. Lots of space to sit and work. Clean space - more industrial than cozy. This is not a place to get snacks. They have a few pastries if you really need something, but there is a bahn mi place in the same building for something more substantial. Alias is open until 5, including Saturdays and Sundays, which is appreciated since many places are closed on weekends in that neck of the woods.

A lovely spot to enjoy a cup, it looks generally good for working though I only stopped in for a quick coffee. Lovely atmosphere and very nicely decorated - plus comfy chairs and couches! Would return.

Alias is the best artisan roaster and coffee shop around. They would be perfectly at home in any major city and we are lucky to have them. I always made a point to stop at the Troy location when in that area, so I was excited to hear about the Albany location. As expected, the coffee is great, and the staff are knowledgeable and talented baristas. This location is massive compared to the tiny Troy location, very clean and new. Alias has a very limited selection which I believe reflects their focus on quality over quantity.
