Ordered off of uber and was highly disappointed i spent over $70, the mac n cheese was ok the Cornbread is dry the sweet potatoes have way too much nutmeg,I didn't get the collard greens I ordered and the cake is dry and there's nooo frosting on it! This place needs to readjust some things.

Warm- family like customer service. Food is always a home run. Mac and cheese should get a blue ribbon. Every dish is on point and consistently soul pleasing. ❤️

Best soul food in Albany

Can't say enough about the fabulous food from the mains to the sides, they don't put a foot wrong. And there isn't a better place to spend your money. The folks at Allie B's are deeply involved in lifting up their community. NO BODY in their reach goes hungry on their watch. I'd say it makes the food all the sweeter if I wasn't pretty certain it is already perfection.

We had an event catered with Allie B's and the food and hospitality were top notch. The Mac and cheese and fried fish bites were so good!

It was a very bland disappointment! Greens & rice and beans had NO flavor at all. They put my shrimp on top of the Mac and cheese. They stuck together! Which made it completely inedible for me. All the breading came off the shrimp that were smashed into the Mac. They also tied the plastic container in a plastic bag. Which made the shrimp soggy. Shrimp had a little flavor but they were orange. Color was alarming. Mac noodles were extremely overcooked. Definitely a waste of $25.98. Never again!

Two friends and I decided to visit for the first time. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The dining area is cozy. After placing our orders we chatted with the owner. We were kept abreast of the status of our order. The food came out piping hot and delicious. Spring is here. Why not treat yourself. Place an order for takeout to bring home or to the kids ball game. You will be pleased.
