Apex Entertainment Albany

We had our son’s 10th birthday party at Apex yesterday and we were impressed by the experience. We have attended birthday parties there as well and always enjoy them. Our host was D and she handled everything like a true professional! She made sure everything was in order, that we knew what was happening when, that dietary restrictions were handled, and that we had minimal need to lift a finger even though our instinct was to do so. The kids and parents had a blast playing laser tag and the arcade games and the party room was large and comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Games were too expensive.

Overpriced and loud, I didn't stick around.

Found it to be expensive here. Really wasn't worth it.

Does anyone ever answer the phone?

Great place to spend some quality time with friends and family. The staff are always friendly and helpful! Highly recommend stopping in to break up the misery that is school shopping.

This is great for a fun day out. I brought my niece. We bowled ate pizza and played arcade games.

I went bowling here with my kids. The lanes were nice. They had an awesome selection of balls in different weights and finger hole sizes. We got a package with pizza and drinks, and the pizza was surprisingly good for a bowling alley. The staff was very helpful and available. I didn't give it 5 stars because we had some trouble with the lane, but issues were taken care of very promptly. I would not hesitate to choose this establishment again for my entertainment needs.

We had an excellent time at Apex in Crossgates Mall! All of the bowling lanes were full during our visit, but our concierge/server Stacy was truly amazing. She was the only one serving all 20 lanes, and despite the high volume, she stayed prompt, friendly, professional, and in great spirits the entire time. Every request we had was handled without delay, and she made sure we were well taken care of, even in a high-stress environment. Thank you, Stacy, for making our experience so enjoyable! Apex is lucky to have such a dedicated and levelheaded team member.

Lots of the machines were malfunctioning when we got there. When we pay to play, machines would not dispense the appropriate balls to each player. On our second play, the machine did not dispense any balls at all. We reported the issue to staff and they were looking at us as if we had three heads. Will absolutely not go back there.

The staffs were nice. Nice little place at the mall for children and teenagers to have fun. Love how they have it set up.

We went for a birthday party. The staff was amazing 😍 From the moment we walked in they were attentive and friendly. They checked on us frequently and made sure the kids were really enjoying themselves. Highly recommend!!

Some of the largest and fun games. Great stop for families with kids to get some energy out. Food and bowling as an alternative.
