I like this place more every time I come, the cocktails go down easy and are always tasty, we had Tabby bartending for us today and she was fantastic, friendly, and attentive. She noticed a couple tiny errors with our several orders before we did. Last time coming here was bowling with friends, tons of fun, easy to set up and play, best bowling shoe rentals ever, and Kayla our server was ON POINT, friendly, and super informative. I’m incredibly grateful for the strict gluten protocols, especially the dedicated fryer. The gluten free chicken tenders are KILLER. Fun arcade games, smooth and reasonably priced drinks, great service, Definitely going to keep coming back.

Lots to do and it has great aspects but placement of things like the pool tables were unfavorable. Sticks were bent. Lazer tag was really cool . The down fall of this place is it was the staff. We went Sunday morning to beat any crowd and lots of staff just standing around talking to each other. This place was not user friendly. Staffed by kids and runs as such. We waited for help for a while with everything we were trying to do which was really annoying. Video games were expensive for what you got. You wonder around and 95%of the staff would avoid helping you. I don’t think we will be returning.

Reviewing the bowling: 10/10 good service and lanes.

So glad there is a Dave and Busters in the mall for when we show up to celebrate at Apex and they are closed for a private function, we had a place to go.

It's way overpriced, and the staff looks miserable. If the steep price included some other games, it might be worth the $50 hrly rate. Save your money and go to an actual bowling alley.

Tabby was a great bartender! She gave so many recommendations and they had some cool specials available this month

Went on a Wednesday night, the kids had a blast. The adults had a blast. It could probably use a few more staff but I don't think I've ever seen it packed.
We did the bumper cars, sports simulator, and laser tag. Will be returning. Next time we'll do the escape rooms.

It's great for kids . I got a great lanyard and gifted a friend a gaming bracelet . The point system is somewhat high for stuffed animals.

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time and the food was delicious.

The staff don't seem to even care how poorly this place is run. We booked the virtual golf room. It wasn't ready when we arrived. Then after a long wait, the game itself wasn't working and we couldn't play. The food was terrible! We had to chase down staff for menus. Then chase them down again to order. Half of the food we ordered wasn't even available. But we weren't told until 15 mins into waiting for our order. Then we couldn't get drinks. I finally went to the bar myself to get the drinks. Which was 5 mins after the food arrived. We ordered the drinks at the same time as the food. Bathrooms were dirty. Again, the staff could care less. We definitely will not return.

Let me start by saying this used to be one of my favorite spots but after today I don’t think it is anymore.
Reserved two lanes for 1 PM on Sunday not a problem got there was given the lines the bumper rails were broken not working I had little ones with me 4 to be exact
And when it comes to staff I feel like nobody wanted to help us I asked the girl working at the booth hey can we get a server she said the server will come meet you at the table nobody came to meet us saw a guy asked him hey can we get a server come to find out servers don’t work on Sundays until 4 PM you have to go to the bar and order Not a problem but the thing is she should’ve told me that when I was at the booth the problem is she just didn’t wanna talk she just wanted me to get out of her face never understand why people want to take a job and don’t wanna help people this is why I have anxiety going outside and dealing with people the only person that was OK was the bartender girl another thing I ordered two bucket of beer she opened all the beers Manager came to the bar saw me ordering and said to her check everybody’s ID that’s gonna be drinking not a problem again but shouldn’t you have checked everybody’s ID before opening the beers isn’t that wasteful let’s just say nobody had their IDs on them what do you do that was just a little weird also the food used to be way better a year ago lot of thing has been changed up and I’m not with it I spent almost $300 yesterday here and I must say the service was horrible come on Apex do better please people love to bring their family to this place!!

Great place for a birthday party for a child 9 years old or older

Took my daughter and her friend to get lunch and do the escape room , worst experience ever. The scape room wasn’t ready when they said it would be and then we had to wait another 20 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. They told us the table needed to charge up and it will take another half an hour to forty five minutes . I told them no thank you I have already been waiting an hour . I ask for my refund and the counter guy said I can give you a note saying that you get a free return to the scape room . I said no to rather have a return to my card and they told me returns are given back on a gift card.

Driving through from Missouri to NH. My daughter had a blast with the escape room. We didn't complete it and this was the first one we havnt completed. We arrived later and wanted to do the VR first. They were slow and after we got out of the room the guy showed us the one item we were missing and my daughter finished the room in like 2 minutes. Pretty funny as the guy watched. We were initially under the impression the VR was broken but the guy told us that it wasn't and was setting it up for us even though they were about to close because we were given wrong info. But another gentleman said no because they were closing. Little disappointing. But it was good experience. Not sure if we will ever be back this way but if we are I would definitely swing in. My daughter said 4.5 stars!

It's fine the staff was very nice. Many of the games were not working when we were there Always disappointing to see that.
