It was kind of busy and one customer was having a bit of a problem with her card. The cashier was great in helping her. No one seemed impatient and sympathized with her. Once that problem was solved everything moved right along. I had taken out so I can't really say about the dining area. It was clean and everyone seemed to be enjoying their lunch.I realize that it's not located in the best area because of the parking situation. You're lucky to get a spot. A couple of customers had to park along the curb.I was at the hospital to bring my husband a roast beef sandwich and the nurse surprised me saying that she didn't know that there were any Arby's around. We need one up where I live. I miss it.Parking: Due to its location I can't see how they could improve it.

This Arby's is in the Colonie Center. There is a nice foodcourt on the second floor, that usually has plenty of seating by the movie theater.Well staffed. I was in and out quickly.The food was good, not the best Arby's I've ever had, but definitely on the right side of average (above average).

On the 20 of July 20, 2023 in the Afternoon, I stopped at Arby's on 133 WOLF RD, ALBANY, NY 12205 to buy a large Double Classic Beef 'n Cheddar meal, and when I got home to eat I found the Sandwich was cold the sandwich roll was soggy the meat was cold. And the Curly Fries were cold as well!!!! I was very Disappointed cause usually when I stop there the food usually good. Unless they Improve themselves, I will stop going there!!!!!!

Mannn just like everything else, arby is going downhill too. It's like you need someone watching all the workers making sure they do their job nowadays like a hawk. I like the owner here and he works very hard, not sure if he is still the owner but I know he has more workers and newer now then the last time I came here. When he was here my order was accurate, hot and correct. Recently NOV 27 2022 to be exact, around 6ish I walked in here to pick up an order, everyone was huddled looking at a phone, my order was already made, I never got my chicken tenders I ordered. I call the store, busy signal for about half an hour. Now they must have realized they kept my tenders and took the phone off. So I call corporate, another disappointment, guy wanted me to call the store back or go there, which I would've done if I didn't live 30 mins way from the arbys. Anywho the customer service center took my information and here I am two weeks later waiting for the owner, corporate or someone to call me back and give me a refund. FYI With this $7 I spent on chicken tenders, I could get 2 weeks towards my accident plan with Aflac.**update** I received a free meal coupon from corporate yesterday. 12/10, Thank you for still caring

Oh my God, what a horrible customer service experience!I mean, I know that it's just Arby's and I'm basically eating some kind of an engineered meat product, but at least get my f****** order right.The guy taking the orders on at the counter barely spoke English. (big surprise) and obviously didn't understand what I ordered. When I went back to explain it, he simply pointed to the order monitor and shrugged his shoulders. No attempt to fix the order or improve his company's image with customers.In addition to the shittiest customer service on the planet, the meat looks like something that NASA would come up with to keep astronauts fed for a year in space. In addition, the I guess you could curly fries were soaked in enough grease to refill our nation's strategic oil reserve.They have a bell hanging on the wall that you're supposed to ring if you receive excellent service... I doubt that has ever been rung once.
