I came to the mall today specifically for these pretzels (I was thinking about them all day). First off the staff very rude and unprofessional. I wasn’t greeted, he didn’t ask what I wanted, and didn’t tell me my total. I understand most of them are kids so I granted a little grace there. I ordered the cinnamon pretzels that were cold and rock hard which made me believe they were leftovers from the day before. Mind you it was 11:30am right as the mall opened. My fiancé and I both ate two and decided to throw them away as they were practically impossible to chew and swallow. Two hours later we were both sick as dogs. Usually I have good experiences here but today ruined it for the both of us.

I made my order and before I could get my receipt, the girl that wasn't doing anything, came up and grabbed my receipt from the person waiting on me. She them proceeded to take a picture of the barcode and steal my rewards points. Disgusting.

this is a horrible place to get deliverys from I've been craving food from there so I literally ordered 7 items they didn't have one of my items and decided themselfs to cancel my whole order for one item I work for doordash and I've worked in the industry for years and I know first hand that is not the right way to handle that situation it seems like the workers just didn't want to make my order I am beyond upset about this whole situation

The staff is very rude. When I stand in front of him he looks on the people behind me and said he can accept next order. He didn’t even look at me eve though I already stand in front of him . Finally when he accepted my order I told him I wanted two pretzel dogs and showed him my phone to redeem one free pretzel also point on the food waiting for him enter the item on the screen and wanted to telling him next item . When he look at him I thought he ready to let me tell him the next item. But when I tell him he starts to complain I should say at the beginning and very inpatient to start entering the order again. I believe staff who accept orders should ask customers if anything else they want to order before check out. Isn’t it the basic? Why should I be treated like this. Also, he didn’t even take the redeem coupon on the receipt. Even though I show it to him all the time. That is the worst experience for Auntie Anne’s in my life. I would never buy Auntie Anne’s food again in my life. If I can give him zero start I will.

Super quick service! I got the big sized pretzel. The pretzels came out quite warm and seemed to be freshly made. Some people said they had to wait for their food to be made, but it was well stocked when I came. Pretzels had the right amount of salt so it wasn’t overwhelming. For my first time here I’m pleased. I have a small complaint which is that you are forced to tip the cashier. They should not force tipping on you especially for cashiers.
