The staff is very rude. When I stand in front of him he looks on the people behind me and said he can accept next order. He didn’t even look at me eve though I already stand in front of him . Finally when he accepted my order I told him I wanted two pretzel dogs and showed him my phone to redeem one free pretzel also point on the food waiting for him enter the item on the screen and wanted to telling him next item . When he look at him I thought he ready to let me tell him the next item. But when I tell him he starts to complain I should say at the beginning and very inpatient to start entering the order again. I believe staff who accept orders should ask customers if anything else they want to order before check out. Isn’t it the basic? Why should I be treated like this. Also, he didn’t even take the redeem coupon on the receipt. Even though I show it to him all the time. That is the worst experience for Auntie Anne’s in my life. I would never buy Auntie Anne’s food again in my life. If I can give him zero start I will.

Super quick service! I got the big sized pretzel. The pretzels came out quite warm and seemed to be freshly made. Some people said they had to wait for their food to be made, but it was well stocked when I came. Pretzels had the right amount of salt so it wasn’t overwhelming. For my first time here I’m pleased. I have a small complaint which is that you are forced to tip the cashier. They should not force tipping on you especially for cashiers.

Best Lemonade in the mall. The customer service is great. The Cashier with green hair is the best always polite and makes sure my order is always correct. 10/10

I used to like to get my pretzel bites here because the staff would make unsalted pretzel bites in about 8 to 10 minutes for me fresh. I can't have too much salt but I still like pretzel bites. They did this up until about a month ago. My last two experiences they said they can't make them. The last experience the person tried to say will not make them. It took me saying that they always used to make them for him to even try to offer. I feel like the customer service there has decreased in quality for sure.

Food came fresh, employees were funny and good at their job. Seemed they actually liked working. If pretzels were the slightest bit over done they had to discard the entire batch which was sad to see in my opinion. Line was mad long but it went fast.

Need better customer service....workers were way too ghetto ...I ask how long for a pretzel she tried to ignore me the. The lady say oh shell have to wait till I fill up the front with an attitude..

Second time now in the last month I’ve visited this location, in Crossgates Mall, and the lemonade was sour, like it went bad. The pretzel nuggets I got were soggy and old. Not very happy with the quality for the price I’ve paid.

Horrible customer service. They didn't have anything that I originally wanted to order in stock and when I was in the middle of entering my pin the cashier stopped me to tell me they didn't actually have another thing that I ordered. I look up at the menu for a split second to pick something else and they literally reached over the counter to try to press the green button on the card reader to finish putting my card through when I hadn't said what I wanted yet, the only reason he didn't succeed was because I stopped him by pressing it first. Who messes with someone's payment like that? Topped it all off by leaving half of my order on his side of the counter so that I had to reach around the register to get it. This guy should not be working in customer service.
