Customer service wasn’t bad. Only 2 people working and had to wait a while for food because she said they were understaffed. I wouldn’t have minded If the kids burger and mine weren’t burnt and the bacon fhe the burger hard as a rock. $30 for - kids burger a burger w no fries and a small smoothie. Place was dirty. Used to be good

Where is my chicken and avocado? Second time here..... and the same thing happened! For $15 i can go anywhere and grab a salad! I wish they put at least 4 oz of chicken, the food is great.... but i found 3 tiny pieces of chicken. 2 small pieces of avocado.... Sorry 2 times not coming back.

This is second time B Good screwed up my order. My wife ordered a vegan burger, only to get home and find that it was a chicken sandwich. When she called to get refunded, she was told that the refund wasn't possible. Don't waste your time or money...these people can't seem to get it together.

Great food, very laid back vibe. All orders are placed via the kiosks, at least on Sundays when we were there. My wife raved about the smoked trout salad. My chicken pesto ciabatta sandwich was equally excellent.

My wife wanted to check this place out, and recently when we discovered Bountiful Bread closed at 6pm on a Saturday night (really?), we decided to try out B.Good. The place was sleepy - only two people quietly eating at a table, and two staff, one cleaning work areas and one looking at a phone. There is no order taker - you use a kiosk to enter your order at the counter (take out or dine-in), and then wait for it to be made. Once we familiarized ourselves with the menu, my wife chose the Smoked Trout salad, and I opted for the Chicken Pesto Ciabatta sandwich. As soon as our order was placed, the staff sprang to life. Wait time was probably around 5-7 minutes, and then we were out the door with our to-go order. We both agreed - our choices were delicious! We will definitely add this place to our list of favorite places for a quick bite.

Looked online for a close place from home for a burger. Seeing the pictures online I was excited for a good burger. Arrived at 5:35 ordered knowing they close at 6 and we would have time to eat. The girl asked us (after sitting down) if we could get it to go because they are closing at 6. OK, sure we said. When we got home I was underwhelmed and disappointed. The fries were so undercooked they were practically raw, the burger had very little toppings, over cooked as was the bacon. I don't expect the food I ordered to look exactly like the pictures online but this wasn't even close. You couldn't see the burger or toppings between the bun. I will never go there again.

Inconsistent. I ordered here for the 1st time the other day and had an Apple Bacon bowl with added chicken. The portion size was good and everything tasted great but the pecans were missing. I ordered the same thing today because I did enjoy it. In the comment section I wrote "Please remember the pecans. When I ordered this Monday they were missing. Thank you!" When I received my order, it seemed that someone didn't appreciate my comment as there was a ridiculous amount of pecans. It was more like an order of pecans with a side of salad. I added chicken to my order and received very little. Also this time I was missing quinoa and had much less avocado and bacon then the first time. Unfortunately the experience I had this time seemed intentional maybe as a result of my comment. I hope this is not the case, I just wanted to receive my order as described on the menu.

So, I was between 3 and 4 stars. The bowl I ordered (Spicy Avocado & Lime) was good, so let's give four for that. At another time I got the eggplant meatballs, which I thought were kind of meh. I wouldn't order them again. However -- I probably would only go in maybe once every couple of months. First, I'm vegetarian. I might be biased, but healthy food and veggie options seem to go hand in hand -- but there were few veggie options on the menu. Those that were veggie mostly had fake meat, which is overly processed and just generally not something I'm interested in. Second, everything is a la carte and a little pricey for what it is. Last, the ordering process (on the machines) was cumbersome (though highly customizable), and the service was slow. Since it's in the same plaza, I'd rather have Chipotle.

Aubrey helped us at this location, she is very sweet and your lucky to have her, we really miss BGood we used to have several locations down in the Raleigh Durham area we’re hoping they’ll reopen them again in the future.

The place was nice and clean, however the food was not up to the mark. Spicy avocado salad was too salty and portion size was very small. Also the place does not accept the PEF coupons that are marketed as this place accepts..

The food is always excellent however this is the third time we have had it delivered to work and B Good forgot one meal. It is B Good and not the delivery service. They called to tell me they forgot the meal, asked if I could get in contact with the third party provider they contract out, and said if I cannot then it is on me to find someone else to get the food. You order online through the B good website and not on a 3rd party website such as door dash. This exact scenario happened before also. There were no additional services or help that they offered which was upsetting given the good quality of food and how much I enjoy their food. I will not be ordering food here again.

Southwest salad 8/10 if you like spiceRoasted veggies 3/10Prices are high relative to Belini's Counter or Core Life.Southwest salad was good. I like spicy and it was spicy. Crunchy corn is hard, so I suggest skipping that. Greens were high quality. Roasted veggies were mostly tomatoes with some onions and brocolini... really not much flavor.

Not my cup of tea. I love eggplant so I was pretty disappointed with the eggplant meatballs. No flavor except bitter sauce . The fries would have been ok if they didn't have a big gob of paprika or chili seasoning or what ever was all over the top . Staff were very pleasant ,place was very clean. May be worth trying one more time. P.s when someone gets take out you may want to give them a ForK, napkin and condiments
